Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Refused to warn any staff member, even if they are breaking the rules.

I know understand why nothing get's done about abusive staff members. It's because there is some sort of mentality that staff are immune from all rules, and cannot be held accountable by other staff members. Greg explained to me that staff cannot be warned, this means players must make staff reports. From my last staff reports for all valid reasons, nothing gets done their either. Where are staff held accountable, if it's not from their peers and not from the people handling the reports. I thought staff could warn each other if they broke the rules, apparently they just give each other verbals, they don't even have to check the laws. This puts the burden on the players to report your staff team. The admins are rarely on because there are so few of them, and apparently moderators are unable to handle other rule breaking staff members. Not every player is recording, and sometimes need help from staff members who have log access, by taking the approach of "We don't warn other staff" this allows other staff members to get away with anything. This is ridiculous, and absolutely bias towards staff members. Why could I break the same rule as a staff member and get banned, yet if a staff member does it he just "get explained too because it looks bad". There is clearly something messed up about this whole situation and I really hope an admin actually takes the time to read this and hopefully explain to me and the community how that makes sense

Also I'm not sure what greg said at the end of the video, but I thought I heard him say "and they will remove it" Meaning staff members remove their own warns??

1. I'm not an Admin.

2. I was explaining that we give staff strikes and talk to them, but I am not going to !warn teffa.

3. I told you that you should make a staff report on him if you felt this way.

4. I wasn't even there.

5. You explained to me that people get banned for cone popping. I don't think I have ever warned someone for doing that outside of a verbal. I understand that staff should be held to different standards however.

Explanation of more information to the staff report, I was role playing as a hobo king I was walking by into the fountain area and RoyGeeBiv had walked up to I and type in chat that RoyGeeBiv had watched a hitman prop climbed on top of the fountain, yes I cone pop myself on top of the fountain and asked the player to get off from the top, RoyGeeBiv requested for me to warn the player for prop climb, I personally did not witness the hitman on doing the act of the event of propclimb. Yes clearly the only way up on top of the fountain is to prop climb. We both fell off and I verbally told the hitman not to hangout on top of the fountain neither to propclimb because yes it is against the rules to propclimb. Hitman had showed me how he got on top and I again verbally told the hitman not to do it again. After everything was over I continued to roleplay, couple minutes had gone by I was brought by Greg with RoyGeeBiv in a sit. He requested Greg to warn I for prop minge because I had cone pop myself on top of the fountain. I was not harming any other players in the act besides myself nor was I abusing it against other players or effecting other players role playing experience, I did it to ask the player to come down from the fountain. Greg was not wrong in the situation he was only handing the ticket requested and Greg did explain to RoyGeeBiv how to make a staff report & how staff reports were handled.

The staff report should be on I(TEFFA). I am sorry RoyGeeBiv I have interrupted your role playing experience with popping myself into the air. On behalf of what Greg had said neither have I ever warned players for cone popping. I have gave players verbals for it because they were abusing it to interrupt moderator sits.
