Describe how the player broke the rules: He rdm me and my friends( obvious QC) idk if he rdm other people i just know me and my friends 

Evidence of the player breaking the rules: my friends in the base destroy her bitminer and after this guys come and rdm me and my friends

We can't do anything based off of word. As we don't know whose word is correct. He is probably rdming and I believe you. However, we need evidence to correctly punish the player. That is just the policy. If you can screenshot try to get as much detail as possible. Killfeed and console logs could mean many different things.

If we went from "peoples word" A group of minges could theoretically all provide their word that innocent players were breaking rules. Us requiring evidence instead of blindly trusting users, protects you from being falsely banned. We will not be able to take any action without evidence.

If you have a nvidea graphics card, shadowplay comes with it. You can set it up to record the previous "x" minutes if it is on. Also if you notice that a player will most likely start mass rdming, just start recording, you'll miss the first kill or so, but you will get the rest of them.

There are a lot of programs out their that allow you to click a button and record the past x ammount of minutes of game. Some of which might already be installed in your computer. The first example being the one lolagaf suggested. Another being the record feature in the windows game bar (Windows key + G)
