a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes, a while back my friend and i thought it would be funny to mess with other staff members and obviously it wasn't.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Ive been SMOD once and MOD+ a few other times

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have been staff many times in the past and all of my experiences were fun and it was a joy especially looking out for the community. I also just find fun in having some sort of power and being able to reprimand the players that are not following the rules of the server. I also enjoy "working" in the xeno community. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have alot of experience as a staff member on this server so i know what to do in certain situations. Also i get along with almost everybody and alot of people like me on the server. I have been playing the server for a while and i know how the community is. I am also on alot of the times other staff members are not. I also know the rules very well because of my past experience. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Death Match- Randomly killing people for no reason-Example: Running up to a random person and shooting them in their face for no reason and killing them

RDA: Random Arrest-Randomly arresting a player as a cp for no reason-Example: Walking up to a random person as a cop and tazing someone, then proceed to arrest them when they have done nothing.

Players who break these for any reason would receive a warning unless i feel the need for a verbal and if they continue i would proceed with more warns and/or a ban for Mass RDM/RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: Returning to a point of death within 2 minutes of that death-Example: I died by a hitman in a building and before 2 minutes are up i proceed to enter the same building or i am getting raided and i die, then return to the raid before it is over.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame: Doing something that normally doesnt happen or is out of the game-Example: Sitting in a burning vehicle, dying in a raid defence and pming your party members that you are being raided, or if your in discord with your party telling them you are getting raided when they dont know and you died before.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Simply start recording and send the evidence to other higher ups.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the guy im in a sit with and tell him ill be back, go to the mass rdmer and deal with him by banning him for 2 weeks, then go back to the sit and apologize for the inconvenience and address his needs.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them to stop because even though they are the only 2 on its still against the rules and if someone else joins and sees them they might start to break rules and you dont want that.
