Yes. I was a staff here for about 6 months, and was staff manager on a smaller, now shut-down server called Traitor's Playground. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I really enjoyed my time when I was staff here for a while, and I would like to contribute again. During the quarantine, there are more people playing gmod online, and therefore more minges. I would like to be online to help out during the times where the server is on it's most strain. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have a lot of experience, and i'm a passionate moderator. I know the rules by heart, and am unbiased and fair. I try to make sure everyone knows the rules and haves fun, so people stick around as long as possible. I would love to help the server grow. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM mean "Random Death Match." RDM is when you kill someone without an rp reason. RDM would be a verbal warn for the first time, and an in-game warn on repeat offences. It also depends on how active they are, because based on some prior offences, it may just be a warn. RDA is where someone randomly arrests someone. This usually calls for the same punishment of RDM. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR stands for "New Life Rule." NLR is the rule that states that you cannot reference things fdrom a previous life, you cannot interact with someone who killed you, and you cannot return to the place where you died for 2 minutes. For raids/pd raids, it a different story. During a raid/pd raid, you cannot return during the same raid. For example, if you kill someone during a hit, they cannot return to the place of their death or to the person who killed them.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is where you use outside rp information to take an advantage in-game. For example, if you're in a discord call with some friends, and you're a hitman, you can't ask your friends in the discord call where your target is. Another good example is that you cannot jump and die to see inside of a base. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would take a video of the abuse, and then alert an admin/owner.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail the MRDMer, then continue the sit. If no other staff member is online to take care of them while i'm doing the current sit, i'll deal with it afterwards. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would let the players know that it's against the rules. I would tell them to read the MOTD, then let them know other options. For example, I would let them know that hobos can build on sidewalks, or buy them a warehouse to build. If they refuse, I would direct them to a sandbox server and warn/kick them.
