I logged on and checked the logs. You were incorrect about it being Leto. I found the player who did handcuff you and they have been warned.In the future, if you are going to make a report, please gather sufficient evidence and be certain which player was violating the rules.

For future reference, steamids are put in chat when someone disconnects. We can't punish someone without a steamid.

Screenshots of a killfeed or console are not sufficient evidence to conclude that someone is rdming. For all we know the player could have been in their home with a KOS sign, or they could have been raiding another player, or the pd. Or you could have been breaking the laws etc? Screenshots simply showing kills and are not enough for us to confidently say this was a case where the player was breaking the rules. Fortunately, It looks like Greg was in game and handled this situation.

There are a lot of programs out their that allow you to click a button and record the past x ammount of minutes of game. Some of which might already be installed in your computer. The first example being the one lolagaf suggested. Another being the record feature in the windows game bar (Windows key + G)

If the player is on, go ahead on call a moderator show them this report and have them force the player to drop the 200k. If they player refuses, then the staff member should ban them and I'll krackdaddyg money steal you some cash from them.

If we went from "peoples word" A group of minges could theoretically all provide their word that innocent players were breaking rules. Us requiring evidence instead of blindly trusting users, protects you from being falsely banned. We will not be able to take any action without evidence.

I've gone ahead and warned them for FailRP due to them not being permitted to party together. He clearly was knowingly breaking the rules. As for the other items you listed, you're correct in the fact that we don't have sufficient evidence to make a judgement. Thanks for taking the time to make this report.
