  1. Please follow the template. What you wrote here is not enough evidence for any action to be taken, and it might sound a little harsh, but it was a waste of your time to write this post. There is literally nothing we can do to unidentified suspects. We can't punish them without proof, or knowi1ng who they are. This is the second report you've made without steamids.   4. The problem here is he was banned for LTAP. He didn't leave to avoid punishment, as you can see in the first picture he was kicked from awarns for reaching a warning threshold, then banned for leaving to avoid punishment.

  16. I think there is a little bit of validity to all statements here. Here is my breakdown: As Luci stated: "Do not Votekick other players if a staff member is online. If a staff member is online but away, you may Votekick." -- I think this needs to be revised to away or off-duty. Also as Ferrit states: Under the "Staff Procedures" It states "Staff, off duty should play like the player base" -- Umm, I don't think this is in the staff procedures. I'm not sure what you are quoting. Regardless, you make a valid point. Staff have the right to play like the normal playerbase. If staff choose to roleplay instead of moderate, they shouldn't stop votekicks for valid reasons. (It's fine if you stop them when they have silly reasons) IE a votkick for the reason 'stinky.' If the staff are not on duty, or not actively taking tickets, Vote Kicks should be treated like when there are no staff online, and the server is unmoderated, not votekicks should not be stopped by someone who isn't responding to tickets. I think in this case Jeremy was taking tickets at the time. As we all know, some sit's take longer than others and it may have taken a while to get to the ticket involving the person who was being vote kicked. TLDR: Only votekick if staff are off-duty or not online. Only stop votekicks, if you are actively moderating and responding to tickets.

Please try to engage with the community, and interact with the staff team a little bit more so they have a better understanding of who you are. In the meantime, please look at the feedback provided from moo.

    I disagree, I think it's fine to ask as staff member to stop if they blatantly abusing. The gathering evidence portion is also important, but it's not wrong to ask another moderator to stop.

To start, you've mentioned a lot of people about your application. It's stated in the template not to do so. Ignoring that, The bans you stated were from "Half a year ago". The oldest of your 3 bans, was only three months ago. Some of your responses are lacking detail and content. Show some more passion in the "Why you want to be moderator section" for example.
