I have 0 warns at the moment and i tend to keep it that way! a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have never been banned, and I will keep it that way a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have zero staffing job experience but I would love to learn and help keep your server safe, clean, and most of all fun! Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I would love to apply to be a moderator since whenever no mods would be on later at night, I wouldnt be able to take matters into my own hands, but if I had been I would take all my tickets, and work on being the most friendly and cool mod! b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? What I would think that would that would make me a good is as stated, I have a zero policy for Racism, Homophobia, and I have a really good justice system! Also alot of moderators are not on later at night, i can be on until 2AM+ and that would help alot of people out! Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Well RDA is when a officer has no probable cause in arresting a player, what they would need in order to actually arrest someone is laws, such as Weapon checks or drugs would be illegal that would make them to AOS, And second of all RDM is defined as a "Random Death Match" technically meaning they would kill someone with no probable cause or reason to kill such person, People who RDA shall be warned and if they continued they shall be banned for M RDA, People who RDM shall receive a warn at first but those who repeat shall be punished with a 2 week M RDM ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is stated as such, meaning if someone is being "raided" and they have died during the raid and they come back within two minutes that would be considered NLR, meaning they would receive a warn, and if they repeat this foul action they shall be punished by receiving a repeated NLR ban. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. MetaGame shall be stated as such, meaning if someone is a police officer and someone tells that officer that someone has printers or anything that would help the other players that were told the information in any way shape or form! Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If i see a higher up abusing their power, I would simply start recording and send it to the owners or anyone higher up than the person, I have a 0 policy of abusing powers! d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I was in a sit with two people for say, and I had seen someone M RDM'ing in the street I would simply tell my players in my sit to stay put, I would then JAIL the RDM'ing person and BAN them for 2 weeks with 0 hesitation. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Say it was very late and these guys were having fun just building in the street id simply tell them to go to a open warehouse and build there if nobody else is based there, but I would simply remind them they cannot build in the street
