I couldn't backup many of your claims in Describe how the player broke the rules. Many of the times in the video you showed you either shot him or his buddy first, or you were committing FailRP by running into spawn. I do have one solid case of him RDMing though, which I will warn him for. Thank you for submitting a player report; have a good day!
