Hi Tortellini, thanks for applying! I see very little effort in this application, and it seems very rushed. You did not include a punishment for c1, and did not define NLR in c2). The high warns and bans concern me, as well as your some of your behavior ingame. Currently a -1, but if you work hard you can change my mind.

If you have a nvidea graphics card, shadowplay comes with it. You can set it up to record the previous "x" minutes if it is on. Also if you notice that a player will most likely start mass rdming, just start recording, you'll miss the first kill or so, but you will get the rest of them.

We can't do anything based off of word. As we don't know whose word is correct. He is probably rdming and I believe you. However, we need evidence to correctly punish the player. That is just the policy. If you can screenshot try to get as much detail as possible. Killfeed and console logs could mean many different things.

I took a peek at the video, and although it might seem like he is hacking, the video shown is not conclusive enough to justify a ban (regarding aimbot).

Wallack there is no evidence here. Try to get screenshots of logs, or video recording so we can further judge the report. Without any evidence there is little we can do.

I have noticed improvements in your application from last time and it looks good to me. You know the rules and you have prior experience. I don't want to weigh my opinion heavily on our last interaction, as it seem everyone was heated and it caused problems for everyone. I am sure you are not always like that, just frustrated at the situation and I understand that. I have not seen activity myself, but I believe that is just because we are on at separate times. Other players have stated you are active. I will try to be on when you are so I can hopefully get a stronger opinion. With all of this I am neutral leaning towards a +1. If you stick with it and I see improvement in game you'll earn my +1. -Edit- I have seen activity in game the past few days. I am changing my vote to +1. -gaf

Notes: You forgot to add punishments for RDM/RDA. d2) First come first serve with sits. During a sit just jail the mass rdmr and deal with him after the sit. This is a great looking application. I can tell you've put a lot of effort into it. Only note is d3), no one can build in the streets, not even hobos, just the sidewalk. I haven't had any interactions with you in game, but your application earns my vote. +1 -gaf

Alrighty, I have dealt with the situation. Baller showed me footage of all the chaos that was happening, and from my understanding he was trying to prevent the crengers from continuing. However, 2 wrongs do not make a right, and this was still a violation of the rules. I have discussed this with Baller and have issued a warn for Prop Block. -gaf

Do you have screenshots that arent a map download? I just came on and purged the server hard. I saw that one guy named moohafher was propblocking the cells. Are you sure it wasn't him?

As for the false ban, that is another situation, I recommend either putting a new staff report on the offending moderator, and appealing at https://xenorp.com/bans/. If you need access to logs I can get them for you. -gaf

Hey gangbangaz, thank you for the staff report. Staff reports help improve our team. In this case, this could be a misunderstanding, but I checked logs to make sure everything checked out. From my side of the story, I had a base and was afk cleaning my house for about 30 minutes. I came back to my computer to see that my door had been picklocked, and that my miners had been stolen from. (They should have had 200+ in each based on the time I was afk, but they only had around 30 in the pros). I figured I had been raided, no big deal. I checked the logs and saw that you had adverted a few minutes ago. Keep in mind I go lock the door and make sure you weren't still there. Base was empty. I then go make a sandwich and come back to find you again in my base. I quickly check the logs to see that you raided again and you had just been warned for silent raiding. To stop you from destroying/stealing from a false raid I just quickly kicked you. I admit I could have done a better punishment but it was in the moment. The silent raid was false for the raid, but you had just done a silent raid before, and I tacked that on to your kick. The cooldown part was from you raiding my base 3 minutes apart. The timer is 5 minutes for each raid and 10 for the same base. I checked this and thats why I kicked. If this was false I can gladly compensate you for your weapons and miners, but this is where my judgement was from. As there is no log for collections of coins, this makes it a little bit more difficult for both of us. Here are the logs I was able to find. This shows the time of the first raid. This shows the time for the second raid. If any of this information is false or incorrect please let me know and I will be happy to work things out. I just made 2mil off 30 minutes of meth, thats not bad. Weed needs a complete buff though. Only good for selling RP wise.
