You wouldn't jail someone for RDM/RDA/RDT the first time nor would you ban them for two days the second time. A warn would be good for the first two times, jailing someone is pretty situational. C3 is mostly correct although I'm not sure what you mean by "Looking through 3rd person". Hiding in a car to avoid damage falls more under failrp than metagame. Hey Drunk Uncle, thanks for applying! My thoughts about your application You have no warns or bans which is great. I liked your thoughtful input for B one and Two. You claim to have prior staffing experience which is nice. You could of mentioned the two minute period in which you can't return to the same spot in C2 as NLR also applys to a general area. You could of also mentioned how a player shouldn't return to a base in a raid until the raider calls over. In D3 you should of stated that hobos can't build in the street at all and should confine their builds to a sidewalk instead. In conclusion its a Neutral leaning towards +1 from Me. I hate to have to reply to this considering the lengthy conversation we unfortunately had in my pms already but I guess I'll lay it out one more time for you. I was taking a sit with two people and you come up on the roof across the street from my sit roof. Then you spawn a prop and start slamming it into my sit, I bring you over and jail you but you continue for a few seconds before you realise that you're going to get banned. Your excuse was I was bored and was waiting for my friend and I don't see how it's NITRP. I banned you for NITRP because in the first five minutes of the server you come and try to disrupt me in a sit which to me indicates that you probably werent going to RP anyway. I'm not sure what your point was with me doing nothing while someone was mass RDM'ing because to my best knowledge no one was mass RDM'ing because I or another member of staff would of seen it in the kill feed at the time. When I refuse to unban you (which I can't because I'm only a mod) you get aggressive with me in my DM's being rude and then leaving this message.

Hey Cleatus, I'm sorry that you believe that this ban was unjust but you tired to kill someone in my sit. When you tried to kill him I brought you over and jailed you. I told you that you can't try kill try him even if you had a hit on him because I was in a sit with coal so there was no RP going on (I said it was ARDM not RDM). I was going to warn you besides this but then you tried to argue with me which made me decide to ban you.

When I was a moderator for XenoRP It was one of the best things I had going for me, I could help the community that I ever so enjoy while doing one of my favorite hobby's. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think that I would become a good moderator because I'm willing to work with others to solve the problems of the everyday player. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM (random death match) is when you kill a player without a valid RP reasoning to do so. RDA (random arrest) is when you arrest a player without a valid RP reason to do so. Punishment for breaking these two rules would result in a warning for the player and perhaps jailing if it ensues and if it continues after that the player would be banned. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (new life rule) is a rule that states when you die you don't remember anything that happened in your previous life. Examples of breaking this rule would be hunting a player down after he killed me or the player going to the same place that they died in less than 120 seconds. Breaking this rule would result in a warning and if repeated multiple times could result in a jail or ban. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. the metagame is when a player uses data outside their RP experience to influence an action. For example, a player uses information in the kill feed or OOC to kill, raid, arrest, kidnap, etc. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record the staff abusing his powers and make a detailed report on the forums to be reviewed. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would tell the members involved in the sit to wait for a minute and go jail the person mass RDMing. I would then quickly ban him and resume the sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would bring the two players in a sit and tell them that building in the streets is against MOTD and they should stop. Although when there are only two people online not much RP is occurring it doesn't excuse the fact that they are breaking the rules. I wouldn't warn them but instead, tell them that it hurts the server's image if another player logs on and sees the mess that the two players created. If they persisted I would them warn them and if they didn't stop ban them.
