Here are my thoughts on your application: I understand that you stated this was the first RP server you've played on and that is why you have 15 warns. But I do want add that that is an extensive amount of warns on a players account that wants to become a staff member. Definitely glad to hear you've minimized the amount of warns you've received recently. Let's try to get that number down to zero! This part worries me. You imply the derogatory term that is associated with homophobia is the reason you were issued a warn. It should be common sense we should not use this word as an insult to anyone online or offline. It's excellent that you're online and active, but a more detailed reason would be preferred. Provide examples of what makes you different than the other applicants. This section of c1 stands out to me. Just because a player RDM/RDAs doesn't mean a ban or kick cannot be issued out. If the player is failing to show any intent to RP, they can be kicked/banned for NITRP : RDM or RDA For this one, you can go to their superior (Senior Mod/Admin/Owner) and provide them the evidence. This is where you would need to escalate the information for higher ups to handle. Mass RDM is a 2 week ban immediately. There's no need to teleport/no clip to that specific player. A jail and ban will suffice. If the players continued without listening to you.. What would you do? Please provide a more detailed answer. Overall: I've have negative interactions with you on the server. The most recent being that of mic spam a few weeks ago. Hey SlimeSito! Thanks for taking interest in becoming staff on Xeno RP! Reviewing your application, here are my thoughts: You did not provide an accurate link. Please provide a link that is functional to your Steam profile. You didn't answer the question. We asked how many "in-game warns do you have" and you replied with your in-game hours you have. This would not be considered metagaming but rather RDM. Just because you know where a player is basing and the fact that they are not at the base does not fall under metagaming. Now, if you were using OOC chat to aid in knowing that player was not home to initiate a raid, that would be considered metagaming. I like that you included sit 1 and wanting to complete the sit, but if a player is mass RDMing and ruining the other users RP experience, their actions take precedence over anything else. Reason being is so that we do not ruin the server experience for our players and handle toxicity in a timely and efficient manner. Instead, you could jail the mass RDMer, in order to prevent further RDM, and get that ban issued promptly. You answered this question about 50%. You stated you would address them and inform them they cannot build in the streets but later said "I would take necessary actions to get them to stop." Would be excellent if you could provide what their necessary actions are. (Example: Ban, Warn, etc) Overall: I feel this application was very rushed. When submitting an application to our server, we do look at the structure of the application as well as how neat it is. Your application was, in my own personal opinion, very clumped up and difficult to distinguish question from answer. Conclusion: Neutral. Hey Derpza! Thanks for applying! Although I have been able to staff alongside you when you previously were a moderator with Xeno, I do agree with Lolagaf and Gibby that the attitude needs to go. Aside from that, I feel you're a fairly decent moderator and you know the rules. However, the in-game warns you have are somewhat concerning but, again, if your attitude changes, I'm sure that will no longer be an issue. Conclusion: Overall, I'd absolutely love to see you back on the staff team! +1

Hi Cody, Thanks for making a report and voicing your concern. The reason we stopped the votekicks were due to rule #5 under Server Policies in the MOTD. "Do not Votekick other players if a staff member is online. If a staff member is online but away, you may Votekick." Although some of us were not "On-Duty" at the time of the votekicks, we did handle the tickets after going on duty. I had previously stopped the votekick that Meep had requested for the player in question and assisted them with the issue. The future votekicks were stopped because Jeremy went on duty to assist with further tickets.

Since the incident, I've learned how to properly set up a fading door that is raid-able and not just for aesthetic purposes. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I used to Co-Own/Be a developer on multiple servers including IPE (Imperial Entertainment), AGS (Arche Gaming Studios), and PGN (Prism Gaming Network). I enjoy assisting in server development and helping new players learn gamemodes. (Kick/Temp Ban with reason RDM) RDA – Random Arrest: This is when a player who has a job that has the capability to arrest goes around arresting other players without reason. Example: A cop player runs down the street and spams arrest on random players. If this is a first offense, an Admin sit would be necessary and a warn should be given and the job stripped from the player. If this is a multiple offense, then the player should no longer be on the server temporarily. (Kick/Temp Ban with reason RDA) c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR – New Life Rule: This means a player who died cannot return to the place of death and retaliate. Example: If a player dies in a base raid, they cannot return to the base and shoot the raiders. They must wait until the player /advert raid over. A player who break the NLR rule should be in an admit sit and spoken to about how the rule works. If the player understands and continues to break NLR, then the player should be removed from the server with a warning. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when a player applies RP data to Non-Roleplay data. So, if a player is watching the OOC chat and makes a player wanted based on the conversation they had OOC, this would be considered metagaming. This is a bannable offense. (Player 2 = Cop. Player 1 = Mugger) Example: [ooc]Player 1:Let’s raid the PD. [ooc]Player 2:Good luck. Player 1 is wanted for raiding PD. Player 1: /advert RAID In this example, the cop player watched OOC chat and made Player 1 wanted prior to the player announcing the raid in RP chat. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If I noticed a fellow staff member abusing their powers, I would approach them and try to get them to stop and remind them of the rules. Due to it being of the highest severity, I would also report this on the forums under the tab Report A Staff Member if a higher staff member above them is not immediately available to contact directly. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I was in an admin sit with another player and noticed someone Mass RDMing, I would politely tell the player to hold on a second while I stop the current player. This is when I would grab the RDMer and bring them to the sit and jail them so they cannot continue RDMing. Once I finish the current sit, I would return the previous player and begin the second sit with the RDMer and provide them with the rules of the server, ask why they did what they did, and issue a final warning. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Due to the lack of players on the server, I could understand why they are building in the streets. I would talk to both of them and advise them that they still need to build on a lot despite there being only two of them online at the moment.
