Below are the notes I have regarding your moderator application: Super great that you want to get the abusive staff off of the server ASAP, but also simply gathering evidence and pushing it towards their Admins will suffice as well. Great answer but further detail on how you would handle it would be nice. (i.e How would you punish them?) Although a verbal warning is great alternative than an actual warn, we should advise the players to also look over the MOTD using !motd in chat to become familiar with the rules. Conclusion: I personally have never interacted with/seen you on the server. This alone is somewhat a red flag for me but your application seems to have very little effort put into it. Below are the notes I have regarding your moderator application: You were on the right track with this answer, but have the info backwards. Metagaming is applying Non-RP info (i.e OOC chat) to RP scenarios. This would not be against NLR (New Life Rule) but simply against the rules of the server. Hobos are not allowed to build in the street, only on sidewalks. Conclusion: Your application is excellent, minus those two minor mistakes. Although informing a higher up is excellent, you can also inform the abusive staff member to stop. Conclusion: Although you are an active player on the Xeno DarkRP server, I do not think you would be a good candidate based on your answers to the questions asked. Here are my notes on your application: You accurately described how punishment should be issued to RDM/RDA but failed to define either of the terms. You simply stated what the acronym stood for but did not describe either. Vise versa to c1. You defined NLR perfectly but did not provide examples. You defined it but did not provide an appropriate example. The example type we are looking for is if someone were to use OOC knowledge and apply that to their in game RP actions. This answer is lacking detail. With Mass RDMers, these incidents take precedence over everything else. We need to eliminate the problem to ensure our community does not associate our server with total anarchy and lack of control. Our community and their RP experience while on our server is our top priority as staff. This is incorrect. Hobos cannot build on streets. Please refer to the MOTD for more job information. Conclusion: -1 I don't think you're ready to be a staff member with Xeno based on your answers.

Hi Grunk, To address your report, as Something mentioned above, I am currently on a LOA and am not currently participating in taking tickets. I most certainly did not warn you for RDMing me but did request that a moderator please do so due to my current state. Here is the below copy and paste of the log in question: Lucina ➞ Raum seniormod was killed by Grunnk ➞ Mafia Member m9k_aw50 user with a m9k_aw50 Grunnk ➞ Mafia Member keys user was warned by Something Trans Rights ➞ Terrorist weapon_physgun modplus for RDM I understand your frustration with the server not having moderators available to take tickets, but please be advised that in the MOTD, it does state under Server Policies, rule #7: Staff members are not required to take tickets or be on duty at all times, they have the right to roleplay as they see fit. Again, I understand your frustration with the situation but two wrongs do not make a right. If a staff member is not on duty and, thus, not accepting tickets - We highly encourage the players to make Player Reports in the case that a staff member is currently experiencing something they do not want to publicly share with the community that is preventing them from taking the current tickets.

If you're currently in a sit and mass rdming begins, it would be more ideal to handle the mass rdmer first to remove the toxicity from the server and keep the players from becoming upset. Not sure if you meant to include more, but your response looks to incomplete. You started off correctly with jailing the mass rdmer, but do not wait to handle him after your current sit. Mass RDMing is to be taken seriously on our server and takes precedence over others so that the toxicity does not continue to affect our community while the player is still online. This is completely incorrect. Hobos cannot build in the street. Hobos can only build on certain sidewalk areas of the map so that they do not disrupt other players RP experiences no matter the population on the server. Additional Notes: I have never seen you nor interacted with you on the server or discord. Conclusion: I'm going to give a -1. Hi Darkpulse811! Thanks for taking interest in becoming staff with Xeno RP! Here are my thoughts on your application: Going through Discord, I did not see you having the Ex Staff role. Please confirm if you were in fact a staff member, your rank, and time on the team. For both of these, a more detail response to each question would be preferred. We look for who stands out amongst all applicants. The time limit on Xeno RP is 2min. Please elaborate on what you mean by "get their body to fling inside and telling a person on discord where they are going to peek and where they are" I cannot decipher what you are attempting to convey in this specific answer. This is not an acceptable answer. We should be jailing a mass RDMer and banning them promptly to ensure that our players are having a positive RP experience on Xeno. If we allow the player to remain jailed, it provides them enough time to mic spam/minge and further ruin our communities experience. We should provide the player with the reason as to why they should stop and offer solutions, such as switching jobs to Hobo/Hobo King if they would like to continue building. We should advise them of the rule that only certain areas on sidewalks are permitted to build on if they are a Hobo/Hobo King. If the players choose to not do so and continue to build, then a warn/kick is acceptable. Overall: Your application was very bare minimum and lacked effort. When reviewing applications, we like to see detailed responses and full paragraphs to show that the applicant is serious about becoming staff. Along with this, the game ban on your profile is also not promising. Conclusion: -1 Although I have had neither a positive nor negative interaction with you, I do not feel you will be a good fit for our staff team.
