  3. -1 Applications lacks detail for example... D3) No punishments stated. Also what was stated above ^.
  4. Neutral Hi and thanks for applying! The application looks pretty great for your first time applying. I like your honesty in D3. I would just like to talk to you in-game once or twice to see who you are. Good luck!

  6. I like my DB, you guys can have like the F2000 and the sword
  7. Hi Pies, thanks for the feedback on Epic. We always check how our team members are doing on the server and it's great that you took your time to express your opinions. From Mod to S-Mod, we have certain requirements that must be fulfilled before going on to the next step. Once Epic reaches those requirements, I'm sure his team-leader will take him into consideration. So in all, there is no real way to request a promotion. However, feedback like yours can influence the decisions of the higher ups. If they see he is doing well within the community, it will be rewarded. Thank you for your suggestion.

  9. -1 I like tasing people and being tased. Makes the game more interesting.
  10. a1) What is your in-game (RP) name?: DOCVOY (Doctor Hunt) a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198147022595 a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234): Caden#7227 a4) What timezone are you located in?: Eastern Standard Time (EST) a5) How many in-game warns do you have?: 0 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?: One because of another staff member's accident. LDR banned me instead of banning the person we had in a sit. Another was being banned for running a beta-version of Garry's Mod. However that was appealed and shouldn't have had happened. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?: Garry's Mod XenoRP | 6 months (or idk) | Senior Moderator Archer Networks | 1 year | Director G-Realms | 2 years | Moderator Last Bastion JvS | 2 weeks | Moderator Minecraft Luridcraft | 1 year | Head-Moderator Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?: I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I want to further improve the staff team that we have currently and share my knowledge on staffing. The experience was fun before and I think it could be fun to start again and help out the people both in the player base and on the staff team. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?: I would make a good moderator because I have previous experience and work well with most people that I already know on the team. I can be on when I can, however I do have classes but I am effective when I am on. I am unbiased with my situations and can easily have people move in and out of sits (I just need to set up my binds again when I get accepted). Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM (Random Death Match) - This event occurs when a player randomly kills a player without any RP reason. RDA (Random Arrest) - This event occurs when a player randomly arrests a player without any RP reason. Most of the time, these actions are punishable by a warn or a verbal warning. However, if needed to, the punishment can be extended to a ban for 2 weeks if the player kills / arrests 2+ people. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (New Life Rule) - This occurs when a player dies. The player loses all knowledge of their past life and cannot perform RP actions that related to their past life. This is a new life: hence, new life rule. The player cannot return for 2 minutes or until the RP situation is over (a raid perhaps). EX: Marksman is killed during a raid and is very upset, having his rage build violently. He returns to the raid and kills the scumbag who killed him, t-bagging his corpse. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame - When a player uses knowledge in-game that they should not know of. EX: Gibby is killed by Doctor Hunt. Gibby screams in discord that Doctor Hunt killed him, so his posse rolls up with their DB's and blasts him to a pulp. EX: A hitman walks into the PD with "Hit Accepted" above their head. The mayor screams and asks for his men to make a firing line on the hitman and kill him. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?: I would record the staff member at first and not confront him. Then, I'd take the evidence to their superiors or just the owners and then wait. Confrontation would only make the situation worse and make the player base see instability within the staff team. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I try to have other staff deal with the situation if they're near me or tickets are coming in. If no other staff are available, I would say "Excuse me for a second" and then !jailtp the person. Then I would say, "Oh no. Looks like you MassRDMed. You are getting banned for two weeks. Appeal on forums.xeno.gg if needed". If needed, I would make a ban request on the portal and then have them banned for 2 weeks if I was only a T-Mod. Then boom, they're gone and I continue my sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would kindly greet them and say wow nice build. Then tell them that they have to move the build over onto the sidewalk and become hobos. If they don't comply, I would warn them for "Building on the Streets" or ban them if they're prop blocking the spawn for a week.
