To help a lot of people who need it and also to keep the server clean of rule breakers.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have motivation to help people.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

rdm- one player kills another player for no reason. rda- random arrest they dont have a reason to arrest you but they do it anyway.  they should be warned or banned for a set time because of their past warns.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

when someone who was killed comes back to where they died to mess with the player(s) who killed them ex. someone coming back to a raid

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

when someone transfers rp data to a  non rp situation. ex. player 1 die because of a mug and you a swat watch the kill feed and get a warrent on the killer

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

tell them to stop and/or report them to a higher position.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

tell another admin/mod to deal with them if im already in a sit also jail them till that time is ready

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

if theres only two players i would let them build as long as it does not block anything major and i would make them delete it as the server populates.

So here's my thoughts...

You legit just joined the server and asked to apply immediately. You need more time with the community before you can just apply like this. 

Your sentences are very bland and short for an applicant. You have a lot of competitors this week and competition is tough here.

B2) Describe your motivation to help people, this doesn't give me much information. 

C1) Please specify your ban time here. 

C2) I can take this answer. However, remember the NLR timer is two minutes and you must wait until an RP scenario like a raid is done to return to said area. 

C3) This definition is sort of correct. It's taking OOC information and using it in an RP situation. 

D2) Deal with the MassRDMer first, then continue your sit. It'll take a few seconds to ban the guy for two weeks (as two weeks is the ban time for MRDM)

D3) Thank you for your honesty on this question. This makes your application seem like i'm writing to a real person. However, remember the real punishments for these actions (a warn / removal of the props). 

I appreciate you trying to apply for XenoRP as a firsthand experience with staffing. However, it's not the time for you in my opinion.
