I have in the past, and I'll admit I have Mass RDM'd in the past and that was when I didn't care for the server and didn't really know what it was (we've all probably done that to a server before).

This server, I used to be a S-Mod.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I've honestly been quite bored recently and need something to do, and want to help out the server.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I will help out the server when needed and I'm experienced so I'd be able to help people out easily.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM ( Random Deathmatch ; killing somebody for no reason )

 Will be warned if they've RDM'd once. If they constantly RDM but not mass, they will be banned for 7 Days (Repeated RDM). If they Mass RDM they will be banned for 2 Weeks.

RDM ( Random Arrest ; arrest somebody for no reason )

 Same things as RDM, Will be warned if they RDA once. If they constantly RDA but not mass, they will be banned for 7 Days (Repeated RDA). If they Mass RDA they will be banned for 2 Weeks.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR ( No Life Rule ; coming back to where you died too quickly )

NLR EXAMPLE : You are being raided by somebody, that somebody kills you and you come back while they are still raiding, you've just committed NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

METAGAME ( Metagaming is performed by using things out of the games rules to your advantage )

METAGAME EXAMPLE : You go up to somebodies door that you are about to raid. You hold down your mic button to see if he is inside using the thing that displays who can hear you, you've just Metagamed.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Report it to somebody of a higher rank than them.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail them to prevent them from further damage and then ban them.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

They will be verbally warned, if they continue they will be warned. Just because there are only two players doesn't mean the same rules don't apply to them.
