Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Gaging/muting people for no reason at all just because they are trying to voice their opinion and RP. Caged people and response to everything was "I don't care" and "not my problem" Said he does not care about anyone's depression and does not care if someone kills themselves. Banned multiple people for no reason at all. Overall just harshly abusing power and ruining peoples day and hard work.

Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: Me and at least 5 others were banned. I never once broke any of the rules and only talked. I did not even curse at anyone or yell. I can provide names to other players who were there and as you can see already do to Simon other reports it does not seem out of character for him.

Just gonna give my input because i was involved, you guys were grouping around the mod spamming camera's shooting people being loud and obnoxious and not roleplaying at all you guys were repeatedly told to not abuse your jobs and go roleplay and when you didn't we forcefully demoted you and when ya'll continued we decided to start banning people who were continuing to minge and not roleplay

I was also involved so I'll give my input as well. Backing off of what Kil said. You guys continued to cause issues and when asked to stop you antagonized myself and Simon. No one said that he didn't care about his depression or killing himself. He tried saying that we should unban someone because it was hurting his depression and he made him want to kill himself in response to us saying that the rules the camera spam rule is there to in part protect epileptics. You tried to twist the situation into something it wasn't. Simon handled it correctly. He asked you guys to stop, you refused to, he gagged/muted/demoted people. You guys continued to cause a problem so bans were handed out. That is the situation from my view.

I just want to say Kil is 100% right with that they would not stop so I got tired of them Minging and them abusing there jobs so I banned them and him and I did say not my problem because if he does not make a ticket it's not really my problem and they just kept on being rude to Me,Kil and Moo so we started to Ban them for abusing there jobs and they started to Mic Spam camera Spam and we got really tired of it and they kept on antagonizing the 3 f us and they kept trying to suck up to Kil and Moo since they are S-Mods saying what do they have to do to get me banned and demoted and to get there friends unbanned.
