Ive made so many tickets and yet he still does not want to take them i see him handing out peoples issues but never mine? i dont know if he has something against me or what, but it is really frustrating when I keep getting RDMED people breaking NLR during a raid just want him to actually do his job.

i would like to add on that mods arent required to take tickets however they do have quota's that they get each week
