a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I have been a Moderator on Xeno In the past

 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to “Re” volunteer for Xeno because I missed the atmosphere that was presented by the staff and the players, it may have been questionable at times. But I enjoyed every moment of it.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I believe I would be a good moderator because I would act like a mod should, “Fair, Unbiased, Nice to all” Basic common sense. “Treat others as they would onto you”

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. (Random Arrest, and Random Murder) “Arresting a player with no evidence or excuse for the arrest” “Murdering a player for no reason (Ex. murdering because you felt like it)”

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.(New Life Rule) Once a player dies in a scenario (Raid,Kidnap,Ect) They may not return to finish the scenario or avenge their killer. (Ex. Someone decided to raid the PD, once he initiated the raid he dies. He returns moments later to attempt to finish the raid)

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Giving in game information to a player that was not a part of the scenario, Ex.someone Gets kidnapped and Dms their on discord saying “I have been kidnapped, I'm being held in the base right out of spawn, Save me!”

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?( Record the abuse that my higher up is commiting, once i have enough evidence to submit, i will find their team leader if it is an admin, i will speak to the owners

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the player that is “MassRdming” If there are other mods on that are free i would ask them if they could kindly handle the player, If i am the only mod on, i will finish the sit i am in and then deal with the “MassRDMer”, As a preventative i will have their ip copied incase they decide to leave before i can deal with him.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. (Remove Their props, and explain to them the rules with examples from the MOTD as support, if they continue to build on the street afterwards it will result in a warn.
