a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Over the 3 years I have 11 bans. All but 4 are false. One mass rdm, nitrp, and repeated rdm, and the animation abuse are real.
I regret everything I have done to get these bans and im sorry. I hope I can make it up to you guys.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
Yes. I have been staff many times on this server. I am SUPER familiar with the motd and all mod commands including s-mod commands.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really love this server. I have made so much friends that are almost like family to me. I am sorry for everything i have done in the past. I am really sorry to you zyngas if you are reading this, i know we are on bad terms right now, i never wanted to be on you're bad side im sorry. I always use to say how I really wanted to become friends with you, but I see im very far from that now. I hope that if i can become mod I can make up everything to you can to the server and get back on to you're good side. I really don't want to ruin my reputation on this server.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? In my eyes I would say im one of the most active players as of a month ago, I'm on everyday for about 5+ hours. I have had many interactions will all active staff. I will be honest i do get mad easily sometimes but when im in sits i hold it back and I stay calm and professional so make me and our staff team good. I have been staying really good and not breaking any rules. I can't remember the last time i was in a sit that was placed on me. When im around mods I try to show them that I know the rules of this server and that I know how to act like a mod.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Rdm - Random deathmatch. This is when a player is killed for no Rp reason. Example. Player 1 is talking to someone is the street no gun out or anything, then player 2 comes and just kills player 1 for no reason.  Rda - Random arrest. This is when a cop arrest someone for no reason. Example. Player 1 has a gun out, but there is no mayor so there is no gun law. Player 2 (cop) Comes over and says "you cant have guns they are illegal" and arrests player 1.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

Nlr - New life rule. Nlr is when you are killed and you have to wait 2 minuets to return to the place you were killed. Example. Player 1 and player 2 are raiding player 3, Player 1 is killed and he thinks he died in a unfair way so he comes back. When he comes back, player 3 doesn't notice and is killed by player 1.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame - This is when someone is getting rp information from outside the server or information from players about another player. Examples. Player 1 and player 2 who are in a discord call are raiding player 3. Player 1 died but doesn't respawn so he can look inside the base, so he tells player 2 every move that player 3 makes that way player 2 knows where player 3 is. Example 2. Say you get kidnapped, well if you press esc you can see through the blind fold, then you tell your party or discord call exactly where you are so they can help you.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First I would start recording, and if i can i would spectate them and watch. I would then bring or tp to them and ask why they are abusing their powers. After that I would send the recording to their higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jailtp them to the roof I am and continue my current sit. I would then ban the mass rdm'er for 2 weeks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would say it doesn't matter than they are the only people on and I would give them a verbal warning at first. If they do not comply i would then remove the props myself and warn them. If they continue after a warn I would kick or ban them.
