I was banned once for RDM and Accidentally banned for a RDT by Lucina, Another user had RDT'd and i was banned on accident, i was then unbanned that same minute.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have experience as staff across multiple different game modes, GMOD, Minecraft, Destiny, Discord, and other similar communities.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I was a previous staff member and wish to return after having retired due to work, I wish to bring a  new and more mature perspective and response to the server as a more mature person, i wish to help the staff team in areas that they may struggle in, such as early EST times

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

My ability to handle stressful situations in a Respectful manner with accuracy and speed.My ability to not fully flip out on users who are being minge or extremely toxic.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM is Random Death Match This occurs when a user kills another user without reason, this also applies to MRDM except on a larger scale.
RDA is Random Arrest, This occurs when anyone who can arrest goes around and as the name implies randomly arrests users.
Both of these can be punished by the following varying on how many times it happens.
Warning
Kick
Ban

Jail Time

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is Lew Life Rule this tells users that once you die your RP character is dead, and you can not return to the life you lived (within a certain time (2 minutes is the timer for the NLR rule)) after something like a raid, or a  hit or something of the sort where the user dies. One example is if i had a hit on me within my base and i got killed, i would not be able to return to that area within a certain time limit.(2 minutes)

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a user or users use outside knowledge to gain advantage over other players, for example im within my base and being raided, i can see where the raiders are and their names, i could tell my friend(s) where they are and who they are and have them do something that they would have no idea about.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
Take it to their superior, (if its not the owners directly) and if their superior is the owner then make a forum post (report a staff ) and follow the template as needed.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Ask the person im currently in a sit with if they can wait one second, or ask another one of my co-workers to handle it.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Depends on the situation, if they are hobos, Cool, but ill let them know to build on the sidewalks and not the street. If they are not hobos i will kindly ask them to switch to a hobo or build within a base.

When am i available?  depending on my work schedule, im available for 4 hours on school days when i work, upwards of 8 hours when i have school and i dont work, and upwards of 8 hours on weekends when i do or dont work.

Other than that, I have had very positive experiences with you in game. You are very friendly and extremely helpful in sits, and even called something out before I noticed in one sit. I would like to see you back, but I think you have to try a little harder than copying and pasting old applications.
