Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for Xeno because there are a lot of times when there are no admins aon and the server is total chaos. I am on for a lot of these times and I can help keep the peace.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Well like i said in the previous response I would do well at keeping the peace late at night when there is no one else. But on top of that I was an admin on RainRP a while back before it was shut down this server also used ulx so i am familiar with the tool.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM - Random Death Match aka killing a player without a valid rp reason. The punishment the first time is a warn, second offence is a warn + jail time, and third offence is considered mass rdm with is a ban.

RDA - Random Arrest aka a player with a police roldme arresting someone without an rp reason. punishment is the same as r

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR - New Life Rule aka If a player is killed their previous life has ended and he is to start a new life with no memories of the old. For example no returning to your base that is being raided after you have just died there. Punishment is a warning and could lead to being kicked or banned if you continue to break the rule.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Knowing something that your character should not be able to know such a thief raiding someones base and then switching to a cop and raiding them as police because he knows there are printers in the base.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Record them and send the evidence to their higher ups. other than that tell them they are abusing because maybe they dont know what they are doing is bad.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

freeze the person in question finish my sit as quickly as possible and deal with them after my sit is over (if I am the only staff online). If i'm not the only staff on then i freeze them and tell the other staff to take a sit with that person while i continue my own.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Ask them to switch to hobo. Other than that i see no reason to punish them as with so few players it would be difficult to rp anyway and they are not interfering with someones role play experience.

d3) Hobos are not allowed to build in the streets. Just because there's only a couple people on doesn't mean they need to follow the rules.

Also, you tend to be very mingey in game.

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

I've seen you in-game a lot, so at least you're active. I've personally warned you since your application went up, though-- you were propclimbing, and I gave you a verbal warning to stop doing so. You didn't seem to take me very seriously, and continued to propclimb when I thought I wasn't looking, just to mess with me. I saw you do it again, and you were issued a proper warning. This sort of behavior makes me question how well you'd fair as a staff member.

Errors in Application

a5) You have three warns; twice for propclimb, and once for flooding the logs by mass suiciding.

a6) You were banned on January 2nd, 2019, for Mass RDM.

c1) Punishments are off. The first offense may be a verbal depending on the severity of the infraction, "jail time" is rarely used as a punishment, and it's only Mass RDM if it has occurred within a short timeframe-- multiple disconnected RDMs is considered Repeated RDM, which is a 1-week ban.

c2) You don't mention the NLR timer, as Andy pointed out. The punishments you listed are extremely vague.

d2) Moderators cannot use the Freeze command; you would have to jail them. Beyond that, as Andy said, deal with the MRDM-er first and then return to your current sit.

Pros

You're active, and you know the rules. Even though you choose to break them frequently.

Cons

Extremely mingy in-game. You like to see what you can get away with, and have very recent warns. I don't believe you would take this position seriously.

Conclusion

I don't think you're fit for staff even a little bit. You're mingy, you break the rules on purpose constantly, and you couldn't even clean up your act while you had an application up. I'd like you to change your behavior considerably before I think you're even a little ready to be a staff member.
