a4) What timezone are you located in? MST, Mountain Standard Time

a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 16, But 3/4 of them were 1 rdm warnings from a while ago, I'd say like 3 months ago.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes, RDM reasons, just I like to troll and have fun sometimes, normal things, but now I don't RDM, more mature.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Yes, a server called, "Juicy RP" Or something, I was actually a head admin at one point, and then almost a co-owner.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer as a moderator or higher for Xeno RP, well because the server is complete utter chaos when there are no mods on, so I'd like to try to put a end to that. (Note, I've been playing for about 2 years or maybe even longer, so I think its time for me to step up and become a mod.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I'm not sure, I'm probably just a likeable guy, I'm funny and I like jokes! Heh, I mean who doesn't?

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM = Random Death Match, which is a random match against players without any valid reasons at all, RDA = Random Detain Arrest, Not sure if thats the actual thing, never knew for RDA, anyways. = A random arrest for no actual valid reasons.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR - New Life Rule, which means if you basically get killed in a raid and come back to kill them, that would be NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Switching jobs to avoid punishments like being raided, or such, like being a robber, then switching to a gun dealer in the robbery to get guns and switching back.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would most likely record the video, post it on youtube or send it, and send it to the higher ranks, and well let them handle it.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail them, then ask them why they had done that, and then say what their punishment is, most likely a few week bans, 1 week at least, and if the mod rules arent like that, I would ask on the discord if I have perms. Just wanna be safe, y'know.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would say, "Can you please switch to hobo? And move your things to the sidewalk please?" And not punish them, because well, only 2 people on and most likely their first times, no reasonable punishment there.
