Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

They get put in a sit and depending on context verbal warning and or server warning. If they continue they should be jailed/kicked/banned

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New Life Rule is a rp rule that is defined as beggining a New Life so to speak. You cannot go back to the plae of death for an extended period of time and you cannot interact with the same people in the same way like you didnt just die.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is using outside of rp means to get information such as checking jobs and a hitman and in some cases using dsicord and such to get info on players.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would take sc's and video proof and hand it in as evidence in the discord or create a forum post about it

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I tell the nice gentlemen to hold on a sec while i freeze and ban the kid doing said action

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I verbally warn them that it is still in fact against rules and deal with them accordingly if they continue

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

Literally never heard of you before.

Errors in Application

b1) No dancing around it, this is a terrible reason to want to become a moderator.

b2) This doesn't necessarily mean you were good at it.

c1) You don't define RDM or RDA, as the question asks you to. Also the punishments are woefully unspecific.

c2) Extremely vague. How long can you not go back? How does the rule apply to raids?

d1) Don't create a forum post, report directly to the staff member's Admin.

d2) Small thing, but moderators can't freeze. You'd have to jail them. Also, how long would you "ban the kid" for?

d3) What do you mean by "deal with them accordingly"?

Pros

No bans.

Cons

Very sloppy application with a lot of mistakes, extremely low activity, very very very immature name and profile picture that would reflect poorly on our staff team. Warned with app up.

Conclusion

Given that I've never seen you before, the state of your application, and the fact that your name is literally "ThiccThighsAndKneeHighs", I think you are not fit to be a staff member. You should change your name, become way more active, and learn the rules. Then submit a better application next time.

I have to agree with Waltz here. The volunteer reason is poor, reporting a staff breaking the rules on the forums is not the thing to do, your name and profile picture are honestly gross and objectifying, low activity on the server.

The application is low effort. Grammatical errors, lack of knowledge on the rules, etc. show that you didn't take the time to make sure the application was proper before submitting it.

I recommend changing the name and pfp, getting more time in on the server, and learning the rules better before reapplying.
