a6) I have been banned multiple times in the past, I've rdmed and mass rdmed that I can remember I was doing it because I believed it was fun but recently I've been playing on the server more and id rather roleplay at this point because I find doing those things boring and annoying to other players.

a7) I have prior staff experience on minecraft but on smaller servers that are not running anymore. PoliticalCompass, Mineslam.me

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because ive been playing more often recently and I've been on almost all hours of the night and noticed sometimes when theres no moderators it gets hectic and I believe that since im more active now id submit a application.

b2) If I were to be accepted I believe I would be a good moderator because Im active and I have had prior experience on minecraft servers as a helper/moderator and its pretty easy for me to learn quick.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Rdm is when someone randomly kills a player, If they do it once they should be warned if they do it a second time they should be warned one more time and if they do it a third it be considered Mrdm, Mass RDM is when a player kills more then 2 players and from what I know they should be banned for two weeks

c2) Nlr is when you die and you cant come back for 120 seconds usually happens during any type of raid or kidnapping

c3) Meta gaming is when you go out of your ingame character and use information that your character should not know, for instance say a cop hears a money clicker or meth being cooked and they warrant that is considered meta gaming.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) I would immediately start recording their actions and send the recording to a owner or administrator.

d2) If there was another moderator online that was not in the sit I would message them to handle it, if i were the only moderator I would teleport and jail them then ban them for massrdm and go back to the original sit I was in.

d3) I would tell them to remove their props and warn them for prop minge if they did not immediately remove their props, if I had to warn the players and they did not remove their props I would remove them myself.

a5) Actually, five times.

c1) Mass RDM and Repeated RDM are a little different and have different punishments, and what you described could be either.

c2) The NLR timer doesn't apply to raids, you simply cannot come back until the raid is over. You also cannot interact at all with your killer for 120 seconds.

Pros

Not a bad application in terms of substance. Haven't been banned in a while.

Cons

Bans are concerning, despite how long ago they were. Only seen you once, and it was very recent. Application is sloppy from a formatting standpoint.

Conclusion

I think I'd like to see you on a bit more before you should be accepted as a moderator.

Pros:

Has previous staff experience.

Knows the rules pretty well.

Cons:

Player has 6 previous bans, and most if not all of them are Mass RDM bans.

For c1, player gave an example of Repeated RDM instead of Mass RDM. Mass RDM is multiple RDM kills in a short time span, while Repeated RDM is multiple RDM kills over time.

I have not seen you active much at all, but you stated you play mostly in the night hours, so that makes more sense I suppose.

Staff experience is not on any DarkRP or even a gmod server for that matter, but this isn't a big issue.
