b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I would like to see a change in the staff team, I think more people need to have their own opinions and speak their mind.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I know the rules well, and have prior experience on this server. 

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM or ‘Random Deathmatch,’ is when a player kills another player with no in game/roleplay reason. RDA or ‘Random Arrest’ is when a player arrests another player without any in game/roleplay reason. If a player performs one of these actions, they should be punished accordingly to their server knowledge. If a new player does one of these, and they do not have any prior warnings, I would first give them a verbal warning, then proceed with normal punishment; warning them first, then a ban if needed. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR or ‘New Life Rule,’ is when you are not allowed to interact/roleplay with anything or anyone in your previous life for two minutes. Ex. If you or your party die during a raid, and you come back to kill the raiders, you broke NLR. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is using your outside roleplay knowledge to your advantage. Ex. Your party member is getting kidnapped and he tells you where they are in discord voice chat. In the game you did not see this happen, but using the knowledge given by your party member, you successfully stop the kidnapping. This is metagaming. 

Also, using cameras and or kill binds in order to see into someone’s base before raiding. You gain extra knowledge that you wouldn't be able to have gotten without metagaming.  

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Gather as much evidence against the staff member, and take it to their admin. If I see an admin abusing power, then I would report it to the owners directly. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail the player who is mass rdming, complete the current sit, then proceed to deal with the mass rdmer. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Rules are rules, but personally if they aren’t harming anyone’s rp experience, I would most likely not do anything.

I would ask them to become hobos and build in a parking lot or on the sidewalks. If they don’t stop after a verbal warning, I’d warn them.

I know you will see this as biased coming from me but, -1

There are a couple things here in your application that could use correcting but, I feel my time would be wasted in doing so.

You as a player have a very very strong tendency to constantly break the rules or defy staff members. A perfect example would be the warn you were issued on the 9th of this month.
You are extremely toxic towards players and staff members, you are not a person I enjoy being around at all. Most of the time when we are on together you tend to either harass me, or find every or go with no reason at all for killing me... There are many more reasons I could bring up to keep going on and on, but I feel it would do no good here.

My experience with you has been very poor, I've noticed that you have a tendency to be Toxic for no apparent reason, calling people names and throwing insults for something as simple as failing a raid
