a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, but not on a server as big as Xeno.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? The server needs more staff. maybe even better staff

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have read through the MOTD many times and know the rules quite well.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM meaning random deathmatch (say if someone just walks up and kills you that would be RDM) / RDA meaning random arrest ( so if a police type role were to come up and arrest you for no reason that would be RDA)

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR being new life rule could be violated by if you die and then come back to the general area or to kill that person that would break the NLR rule.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is the practice of getting information gained outside of the game and using it inside of the game. can be violated by like a police going into the discord and finding a picture of illegal things from that current session and using it to place a warrent on that person.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report it in the discord and hopefully get help.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Try finishing the sit as fast as possible. If it gets too out of hand pause the sit and jail the player so I can finish my initial sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. As long as the server isn't populated with more than 10 people i don't see it as an issue unless it gets to lagging the server.

Your application is a bit shorter than most I have seen but still is able to cover most of the information. There are a couple things that can be improved on the application. For d1 om situations like that you may want to collect proof of that staff member abusing as well as communicating with other staff within the discord. Typically if I am facing a situation like d2 I would isolate the MassRDMer before continuing with my sit if other staff have not addressed it. Then I would continue with my current sit and deal with the MassRDMer once I have finished. Lastly for d3 regardless of the population on the server you have to maintain the rules. If staff were to give leeway when there was a smaller amount of players connected to the server it may cause some confusion and unnecessary chaos on the server. Though there are a few things that you can work on that can be learned through time and experience. So as long as you stay out of trouble you have a good chance!

Have see you on before, but you disappeared, but has recently started being active again.

Back then had few issues with you, but since you being back, i haven't had to deal with you, you are frequently on. 

 I wouldn't mind giving you a chance.
