a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?   I have never been banned before and I never will be.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?   I helped trial moderate a small Walking Dead server until everyone left, I am familiar with Ulx commands, and I also have some experience with moderating in other games (weird example, 3 Minecraft servers)

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?   I love the idea of better helping players enjoy their time on the server and keeping everyone happy without anyone having issues with other players, I have returned to this server after 2 years and it still has a growing community.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?   My ability to have good judgment on punishments/players and to always have an open opinion when it comes to cases, I plan to be staying on this server more frequently because this is the only server that I find enjoyable.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.   RDA or Random Deathmatch is when a player kills another player randomly without proper reason (Civil Protection unit kills the mayor without a single word) and RDA or Random Arrest is when a player gets arrested without any reason (Player walks into PD lobby without any guns and gets arrested instantly.) If the player who committed RDM/RDA did this on purpose without reason or backstory and was minging they should be jailed and warned. But if the incident was an accident, The player would be punished based upon what the knowledge you know from the situation. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.  NLR short form for New Life Rule and it is when a player isn't allowed to return of his place of death within a minimum time of 120 seconds (2 minutes). The player can't remember anything of their death in anyways hence the name New Life Rule. An example of this being violated in a game would be when a player is trying to buy weapons at a shop and a hitman killed that player but he returns to the same shop within the 2-minute timer. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.  Metagaming is the information the player receives outside of role-playing that the in-game character would not know anything about. A great example of someone metagaming would be if someone is a mafia/terrorist/thief role and a cop were to follow them around everywhere they went due to the role being revealed to the player or you are a Civil Protector unit and you see someone was being mugged in chat without you seeing it but you make the mugger wanted and kill/arrest him this would clearly be FailRP and metagaming.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would try to gather as much evidence as I possibly can of the higher up abusing their power by any capturing device/software and show it to someone higher up or of equal power and show the proof of the abuse.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I seen that someone was Mass RDMing I would stop whatever I was doing and Jailtp the player, tell him that what he did was very wrong and either ban him for 1 week or 2, then I would carry on with my current sit or if another moderator was online and was close by without anything to do I would ask him if he could handle the mass RDM situation.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would polity ask them to build a base instead and ask them to remove their props or switch to hobo so they are allowed to build outside, if they were to continue building and have not changed I would have to give them a warn for prop minging, If the 2 players were still building I would have to continue to warn them for prop minging.

Improvements:

D3 - Hobos are allowed to build outside, but only on sidewalks. 

I'd like to see you on more.
