Hestia
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Framptus a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198307128359/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) Xane#9977 a4) What timezone are you located in? PST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 4 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? no a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? 2 months as mod on a TTT server another 2 months as admin there. 2 months as mod on Superior Servers, 3 as Super Admin. 2 months as mod on Xeno and 2 months as Senior Mod. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because I care about the server and have spent a substantial amount of time trying to make the server and its community enjoyable and fun to interact in and be a part of. As well as I already know how to do the staff stuff thats required within the server and understand all the systems and punishments. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Previous experience, Time to get on, and I genuinely care Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM/RDA stand for Randon Deathmatch and Random Arrest respectfully, these actions would be when someone randomly attacks you or when someone randomly arrests you. The punishment for one of offense is a warning, while for repeated offense its either more warnings or a ban depending on the situation. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR or new life rule is that when you die you lose all memory of your past life and all rp situations that were happening within it, this basically means that if someone was raiding you and you died you couldnt come back until the adverted over or if someone mugged you and you died you couldnt go right back and kill them for that action. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is using out of character knowledge to your benefit in game, for instance if you were in a discord call with someone and they let you know they were being kidnapped someone that would be metagaming. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record the situation and report it to either and Admin or one of the two Owners d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? jail the person who is mass rdming and ban them, then finish the previous sit and apologize for the delay. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to stop building in the streets if they don't then warn them and kick them to delete the props, if they get back on and start doing it again just ban them. Link to comment
