I work at McDonald's so i deal with people's crap alot

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is randomly shooting at someone or their base. RDA is randomly arresting someone. People who perform these actions should be buried in their own shallow graves.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is New Life Rule which means you can't go back to where you died for 2 minutes or going back to a raid. An example is a cop dying during a pd raid and going back to defend the pd.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is using information outside of your characters realistic knowledge to gain an advantage or know something you shouldn't. An example is hearing money clickers as a cop and warranting them.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Report them

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail them and continue the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Tell them to stop and if they don't then warn them.

I Appreciate you reapplying even though you have been repeatedly denied.

I would wait 2 weeks to reapply, Show that you aren't mingey anymore, and that you are dedicated to getting staff.

Pros: Very active on the server, nice and friendly every time I see you. 

Cons: Kinda mingey at times on the server. 

Honestly would love to see you part of the staff team but work on being less mingey, maybe they would consider you as a suitable staff member.

Very active, never really gets into trouble. I'd still like to get to know you, eventually.

Some areas could use some real answers with actual details, though.

Super active. Knows rules. 

Cons:

Can be pretty big minge, Lot's of warns. Banned before. Only reason he wants to join the staff team is to "prove" he can make it.
