a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I was ModPlus about 7 months ago on XenoRP.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? It is the best DarkRP server by far and I had a wonderful time being staff.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I am a great problem solver and I know the rules very well.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when a player kills someone for no reason. RDA is when a cop arrests a player for no reason. I would give them a warning for breaking this rule for the first time. Mass RDM or RDA would be a 2 week ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule means that you can not return to the place where you died. The most common instance is when a player's base gets raided and they die. The player must not return for 2 minutes.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming means that your roleplaying character must not use any info outside of their roleplay knowledge. This could be violated when a play presses their mic button to see if anyone is inside of a base.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record their actions and send the recording to someone higher than them.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would immediately bring,jail, and gag the Mass RDMer and carry along with my sit. If he leaves the game while I am still in the sit I would ban him for even longer for also leaving during a sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them to stop and warn them if they don't. If they keep going after that I will just keep going up the line of punishments.
