a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 2 but one of them is a advert spam but I don't remember being in a sit for it, (must have been when i was setting my advert key binds)

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? no i don't think I have on this server

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? nope first time

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? because I see people breaking rules and doing what their not suppose to and I want to prevent that from happening and let all the played that actually wanna rp and play to have a good experience.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? to be active in the community of xeno by stoping rule breakers and providing a good player experience, I would also listen to each side of a story during an admin sit or not and decide what the best option would be 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is randomly murdering someone without reason or content to rp. RDA is when anyone with an arrest batton arrests someone without any valid reason. The punishment for RDM or RDA is warn/kick/jail/ban (depending how serious it is)

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is new life rule, when you are killed somewhere you can not come back for 120 seconds or until the raid is over(if there was a raid) Example: you are sitting in your base when all of a sudden you get raided and killed during the raid, you may not go back into the base until the raid is over or if raid is over by the time you get back then 120 seconds. breaking this rule will result in warn/kick/jail

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.  when one transfers RP data to Non Role-play data, usually via "OOC" Example: Billy gets Killed from Bob because Billy was trying to kidnap bob and bob did not want to, and you as a police officer/swat see kill chat and arrest bob because of him killing billy, that is against the rules. you have to see the crime to arrest someone for it, you can not look at chat and go off that. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Contact an member of staff higher up then that person, contact the owner (if possible and allowed), report it on the forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? jail the person to stop the situation from getting worse and deal with it after the sit is done or ban that person if it gets severe.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. if their job/role does not allow them to do so, then kindly confront them about the situation and ask them to move their props, if not then it may be a warn+prop removal/kick/ban (depending how severe)
