a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes, Banned twice in January 2018. I used to be an extremely big minge back when I was younger. I also have another ban from February 2019 where I accidentally copied my own steamid and banned myself

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I've staffed on Lost Legion DarkRP, MillenniumRP, and here on XenoRP as Senior Mod.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Personally, I miss the community and the people I used to talk to. I know the rules quite well and want to make a difference on the server and in the community.  I want to help people on the server and overall resolve any issues that players run into whilst in the server. Missed playing Garry's Mod with the bros.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I know the rules very well and have been around Xeno for quite a while. I take time to understand the full gravity of the situation and listen to both sides of the story and make an unbiased judgment based on that. I think that my ability to stay calm and collected in sits is a major plus to why I could be a good moderator. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match or RDM is the act of killing another player for little to no valid reason. Players who RDM should receive a warn. Players that commit Mass RDM should get a 2 week ban.

Random Arrest or RDA is when a player randomly arrests or imprisons a player with little to no valid reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New life rule or NLR is a rule put in place specifying that a player cannot remember their past life after re-spawning and cannot return to the same area within a 120 second window after death. This rule is broke if someone defending a base dies and then returns back to said base to kill the attackers. They are not allowed to go back to the base until the 120 seconds are up and should not remember who the attackers are within the confines of DarkRP.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is the use of an outside or third-party sources to gain an advantage over another player. An example of metagaming is raiding a base using the code for the keypad; or using things said in OOC or in discord to influence your ingame decision.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would try to get video evidence of said higher up abusing their powers, and immediately notify their higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jailtp the person Mass RDMing away from other players and mute or gag them depending on if they are one of those rambunctious people. Continue my ongoing sit to resolve their problem as fast as possible and then go back and deal with the Mass RDMer with a 2 week ban.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the street I would talk to the players and tell them that they're not allowed to build in the street, but alternatively they can build on the sidewalk. Furthermore, I might suggest that they switch to the hobo job to be able to build on the sidewalk.
