I currently have no in game warnings.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

No I have never been banned by this server nor any server. 

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I was a moderator in a Garry's mod dark rp server about a year back until sadly the owner shut it down.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for Xeno RP because I personally prefer this server over any of the other Dark RP servers because of the wide variety of jobs and access. And I notice a lot of people like to break the rules very often and I personally would like to stop people from ruining the fun experience of this server. I also have noticed that in some cases there are no staff on the server at all so I felt that I could be a great help because of how active I am on Garry's Mod.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

If I were to be accepted I think I would be a great moderator because I am on very frequently and I feel that I am fair when it comes to punishments. and I know how to have fun with the people on the server but also know when I have to be serious and take on a problem. 


Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is "Random Death Match" Where a player kills another player without reason or association to their current role. A player who only rdms one time should be met with a warning but if it is a reoccurring event, then the player should be banned for a week. Or more depending on the severity.

RDA is "Random Arrest" Where A police officer randomly arrests a player for no reason. A player that RDA's one time should be explained to why they cannot do that and leave them with a single warning. and a demotion. But if they mass RDA or keep arresting people for no real reason they should be met with a kick or a small ban depending on the amount of people arrested. Or if the player is just a minge.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR stands for "New Life Rule" which basically means after you have been killed in a raid, a mugging, etc. You may not return to that area in which you have been killed for a certain amount of time. Examples of this could be if a player gets raided and they are killed by the person raiding them. They can not return back to their base and fight off their attacker again until the base raid has ended. Another example could be with PD Raids. A police officer killed in the Police Station during a PD Raid can not return back into the Police Station until the raid has ended.

 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Meta Gaming is taking RP information and transfer it to Non RP information. For example a person is killed in a raid and a police officer sees in chat that the person was raided and killed, then warrants the person who committed the crime without actually witnessing the event happen. This is against RP rules because  you cannot use given information from kill logs or adverts/ooc to your advantage. 


Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity. I would first advise them to stop and if they continued to abuse their powers I would then start recording in game of them breaking the rules and report them with the uploaded footage. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

If there was no other staff online I would jail the mass rdmer and continue the sit that I was currently in. Then after the sit was over I would go to the jailed rdmer and begin to question them and most likely ban them. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

If there was only two players online and they were building in the streets I would go over to them and please ask them to stop. And tell them if they want to build outside that they have to  become a hobo and inform them they will have to stay off the roads with their Hobo structures.
