a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?: Yes, very long time ago, at this point I forget but it might have been Mass RDM (the ban was later appealed)

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?: Yes, was S-Mod twice and Mod once on XenoRP

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?: I want to volunteer because I really love playing on this server. Not only that but when I was a staff member, it was really fun helping out other players with their issues.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?: If I were to get accepted, my past experiences of being a moderator will definitely play a big role in me being a good moderator. I have a lot of hours on GMOD (getting close to 3k) and I've taken over 2k tickets as a staff member on this server so I'm experienced in dealing with most, if not all situations that are brought to my attention.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished: RDM stands for "Random Death Match". This is when someone kills someone without a reason and or RP relation. The player should be punished with a warn. (Mass would be 2 week ban). RDA stands for "Random Arrest". This is when someone arrests someone without reason and or RP relation. The player should be punished with a warn. (Mass would be 2 week ban). 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated: NLR stands for New Life Rules. One example would be when Player 1 dies from Player 2's mug, and Player 1 decides to return to the place where he died without waiting the NLR timer (120 seconds). Another example would be during a raid, Player 1 raids Player 2's base. Player 2 then decides to return to his base and kill Player 1. This would be NLR because when you die during a raid, you may not go back to the place of death until the raid is deemed over. A player who NLR's would be warned. (If it were mass, it would be a 3 day ban).

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence: Metagame is when you receive information from an outside source (Discord. skype, TeamSpeak ETC) and you use that knowledge in game to your advantage. One example would be if Player 1 put his base codes in his discord and Player 2 is in his discord and uses the code to raid his base. This would be metagame because you're using outside knowledge and transferring it to in game knowledge.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?: Firstly, I would make sure to record the situation so I could present proof, if needed. Then I would message their admin (or any admin really) to inform them of the situation. I would then teleport to that moderator and try to talk him down and ask him why he is doing what he is doing and explain how it is wrong.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?: I would ask the person I'm currently in a sit with if they could patiently wait while I deal with the Mass RDMer. If they cannot wait, I will jail the Mass RDMer and deal with the sit first and will try to get another mod to deal with the MassRDM situation (if available). If the player leaves, I will grab their steam ID and make a request for a higher up to ban him for MassRDM and LTAP (2 weeks). If the player I'm in a sit with can wait, I will jail tp him to my location and ban him on the spot for 2 weeks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets: Rules are the rules, I will politely ask them to remove their buildings. I will tell them that no one is allowed to build on the streets but hobo's may build on the sidewalk. If they comply and remove their props, I will let them off with a verbal, if they refuse, they will be kicked and i will take it upon myself to remove their props.
