This whole issue is just unstoppable force vs immovable object. Quite frankly I don't understand why your justice boner for kahow is so strong. I don't protect anyone from punishment,  especially not kahow. But this is something that I would not warn for. Just tell him to stop, and add to my mental verdict. Next infraction would be a minge ban. And thats what happened.

I'd agree with the fact, that typically a player would be given a verbal or the warn removed. However, I think it's a mods job to be active an recognize mistakes from Ill intentions. If you factor in the totality of the circumstances, I think it would be reasonable to conclude that he deserves a warn.

Id agree with with you Roy, what you described is clearly minge with ill intent. However, this was not brought up in the original report. Only the fact that the prop was invisible. I was not present at the scene, and this would have gotten a warn from me. But, this turns into a he said she said case, where there is no evidence for that part of the report. Although this is something I believe kahow would do, I hope you understand without sufficient evidence I can not continue with a punishment. That is just part of the procedure.

You're right I did not include that in the initial report and that's my mistake for not doing so. The good news, is that Greg was there and witnessed it all. At the time Greg was confused about the rule, and due to his confusion he did not punish the player for the rule. Hopefully now that this confusion is cleared up the player can be punished for the infraction.

After, long,long, realllly long reading I have determined that the best course of action would be to discuss this with Greg. I have already talked Greg and received some information about it. I believe he just used the wrong word in this scenario and was just honestly confused. As for Kahow. He will be punished accordingly. Also due to the unprofessional behavior from Greg regarding memes posted in a serious discussion. This will also be addressed when talking to him. Please do message me and or anyone on the management team.
