I staffed on xeno for the entire tmod phase and some of the moderator phase

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

i had alot of fun staffing before and i think im ready to come back

 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

i know the rules quite well and have staffed the server before

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

 

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM meaning random deathmatch (say if someone just walks up and kills you that would be RDM) / RDA random arrest ( meaning a police type role were to come up arrest you for no reason that would be RDA)

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR being new life rule could be violated by if you die and then come back to the general area or to kill that person that would break the NLR rule.

 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is the practice of getting information gained outside of the game and using it inside of the game. can be violated by like a police going into the discord and finding a picture of illegal things from that current session and using it to place a warrent on that person.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Report it to someone of equal power or higher on the forums and discord server.

 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing.

Pause the current sit and jail the Mass RDMer and then finish the fist sit after.

 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

id like to just say to leave it as long as it doesnt get out of hand but i mean rules are rules so id verbally warn them

 

 

sidenote: i know i stated that ive staffed before but i feel like it can help me. also i am more active (again) just at odd hours and that will change to more normal hours if i get staff again.

C2) The NLR timer is 120 seconds but for raids, if you died, you can not go back until the raid is over.

D1) You would record evidence of the abuser and report it to a higher up. Not on discord or the forums.
