    I've been banned 1 time. (I banned myself 2 years ago)

     I have been a staff on Xeno two times before resigning both times due to personal reasons. (Mostly family and school related reasons)

 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

(b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
    I’m getting tired of seeing people break the rules and not being able to do much. I’m also volunteering to be staff again because I miss staffing and loved the teamwork in the staff team.

 

(b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
    I would do whatever I can to help others. If any other staff needed any assistance or If a player was having trouble understanding the server, I would gladly help them. I’d spend the majority of my time trying to help others.

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

(c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
    RDM: RDM is when someone starts attacking you or doing damage towards you with the objective to kill you.   RDA: RDA is when a Civil Protection or other government classes arrest you without reason. Someone who RDMs/RDAs should be warned, if they continue to RDM/RDA, they should be jailed for the appropriate amount of time.

(c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
    NLR: NLR or New Life Rule, is when you die, you must not continue your "life". For example if you die in any conflict such as raids, muggings, hits, kidnappings, and you go back without waiting the 120 seconds, you’ll be violating NLR.

(c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
    Metagame: I would define metagame as if your using OOC or any third-party communications to give information to a teammate or player the they do not need to know. For example, if you’ve been killed or kidnapped by a player and you contact any other players like police or fellow party members through chat in OOC, or using a third-party system such as Discord, TeamSpeak, Skype, Steam Messages to inform the players of what has happened and who’s responsible.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

(d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
   First thing you should do is attempt to contact their higher up such as their admin. If the admin is the one abusing their powers, contact the head admin or owner. If you’re unable to contact anyone, try to gather as much evidence proving your claims and report them on the forums.

(d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
   Jail them immediately to prevent them from killing another person and finish the sit you're currently in. Handle the Mass RDMer once you've finished the previous sit. Explain to them that Mass RDMing isn’t allowed and punish them appropriately (2 weeks). If you’re unable to ban them for the appropriate amount of time. Go ahead and ban them for however much you can and contact the appropriate staff member who can extend their time.

(d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
   Bring both players into a sit and explain to them that even if they’re the only two players online, they cannot build on the street. Ask them to remove their props from the street and if they don’t, warn them and remove their props for them. If you’re unable to remove their props, kick them from the server.

d2) First come first serve with sits. During a sit just jail the mass rdmr and deal with him after the sit. Most of the time they just leave in the jail.
