Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?Because i play like 6h of my time everey day because i am in quarantine for the corona virus
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?  I think I would be able to manage the server and ban people who need to be banned for the right reason or warn them if they do something bad

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: 
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.  RDM and RDA, RDM  is kill people for no resons and RDA is someone (cops) arrest people for no reasons Im gonna  warn him because he make  (rda,rdm)
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. The NLR is violated when the person come and raid a guys and the guy raiding the base die and the guy have died came back and kill the guy
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.The meta game which describes a player's use of reallife knowledge concerning the state of the game or the server to determine their actions.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I put her in a cage and i say to him to not do it again and if the person dont want to accept i gonna ban him.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? i will jail hi first and if he do it a gain i will ban the guys 2 weeks or 1 weeks for mass rdming on a sit.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.  advert her and i say to not do that and if he we continue i warn her

I see poor english. Which is something required here on Xeno. This is the first time on the forums I have seen a correct template from you, which is better. A couple things are missing from the application as well. 

Overall, I do not believe you are ready to be a staff member on the team.

Overall; Although there are more pros then cons the low detail in this application makes me lean more towards a -1, however if you improve the application i'll gladly change to a +1. Have a good day ^-^
