You would need to provide evidence that you arresting the person was not false, not that you have been warned. So from there I cannot confirm if the warn was false or not. As well if the situation did go down as mentioned, if the mayor did not make a law banning guns then you cant arrest people for having them regardless of it your weapon checker says its illegal.

The warn will be removed if it hasn't yet.

Due to lack of evidence from your side and Jeck's claim with a screenshot. I see no further reason to pursue this issue as the ban appeared to be justified.

After looking into the situation I cannot confirm that the ban wasn't justified. I recommend appealing this ban. No bias was shown on Rice's part.
