There is not a lot of info to go off of from the video. However I will talk to Imacreeper about it and make sure that he does not do it again.

I discussed the issue revolving this report with Greg and have clarified what to do when faced with the same situation again. For any further information you can dm me in the discord.

Do not Votekick other players if a staff member is online. If a staff member is online but away, you may Votekick. Also I did deal with the ticket like right as the last votekick was stopped and I talked to Deharnfelix and Meep regarding the situation.

You were attacked and were defending yourself. The video provided shows no RDM on your part however it couldve happened earlier and was just cropped out. Regardless with what I was able to find I am going to remove your warn and talk to Greg

After determining the facts of the situation I cannot confirmed that we warned outside of a sit so I cannot reprimand Greg, however I will talk to him should this situation arise again in the future it can be handled properly.

I believe that people make mistakes and I will discuss this with greg to be more careful next time.

These are serious allegations, however due to lack of proof I can only go into this situation as a he said she said which will just involve making a biased decision. Before reporting staff members please include as much evidence as possible as without it, its tough to properly assess and handle the report.

From the video, you had no reason to kill Meep, I am unsure as to if Dak's death was RDM as well as Gravity's. You're shop's KOS sign is not allowed as you cannot KOS for an action, only for an area. You even mentioned in the video that "RDM is legal". Then in the sit said "saw law saying kos" further cementing the belief that your other kills were RDM. As well as lying in a sit claiming the people you killed were in your shop. I saw nothing done incorrectly other than ImaCreeper starting out the sit accusing you of mass rdming rather than asking you whats with all the kills.

You're required to provide evidence as to how you were not Mass RDTing. We don't need to see your ban history as that proves nothing. Due to lack of evidence this situation cannot be handled properly without making extreme assumptions.

I've concluded that at the 9 second mark was when the batman grappled Greg. It was done all the way up to the 18 second mark, by then I assume Greg noticed which batman did so with you shooting someone. Its very easy to say that Greg was confused, however I will be doing more investigation into the matter to figure out the bigger picture.

I happened to be on at the time of this event happening and gave my two cents into the matter. I was told that an explosive dealer was using their bombs against a player further proved by your statement of "I used a sneaky door bomb which does not give me access to a base or destroy anything inside a base so is not a raid tool." An explosive dealer's job is to create explosives and sell them none of which was seen by LPD or mentioned by you in your report. Plus the use of a bomb against a player? Direct violation of Rule 1, subsection "Merchants/Dealers" (aka S.12), Section Job Rules of XenoRP. "Merchants may not Attack any other player, only defend themselves." Thus showing to me that the warn against you for FailRP is valid and will not be removed. This report is now considered handled and any digressions can be direct upon me or my superiors.

Due to lack of evidence I could not confirm your claim of how cowboy was being hateful to newer players. Next time when making a report please follow our proper format and include evidence as it makes it easier for all parties involved to fully understood what happened

After looking into this report I can see the mistake done. I will talk to Greg about this in hopes that situations like this in the future will be dealt with correctly.

I was watching you RDT a hobo in spawn. I jail you, warn you, then kick you saying to come back when you decide not to be an ass to other players. Then you come back blaming your 5 year old brother. Then I see you RDTing others again! So I jail you, someone says next time dont blame your 5 year old brother and you said that you are your 5 year old brother, further proving that you were on just to dick around. Don't be pissed that you cant hop on our server for the next 2 weeks because the old "my younger brother was using my computer" excuse didnt work.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to create a staff report. Most don't. We on the XenoRP Administration team have acknowledged your claims and collaborated with each other. Though your lack of proof did make things challenging, we do have confirmation of some of the unjust behaviors reported and we will talk to Lukewarm Pizza about these transgressions.

Next time use the correct format. If you are not going to take the time to properly format your report whilest also providing information to support your claim, why should I take my time to figure out what happened? Regardless. Looking at the evidence so helpfully provided by Actno plus his statement, I can clearly see what he did was within proper guidelines and that this warn was not false.
