Literally doing anything they can to annoy us. Broke NLR a few time and generally were very toxic towards me and my friends. It is around a 20-205 minute clip overall, I do not expect anyone to watch the full thing, you can skip through all you want, there is several instances of a lot of different things

Yes, 3 times, all of them were false. One was a tmod banning me, he thought !fban meant fake ban. Waltz banned me for a mistake on my part and unbanned me in a few minutes. The last one was from awarn, the timer was messed up for how long active warns were, and I got banned off of it. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have staffed on here a lot and on multiple other darkrp servers Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I love playing on xeno, in my opinion we need more staff members, there is always multiple staff members online and usually none of them will help when it is needed, and I know that you don't have to go on duty, but you have to be reasonable with it. I have also noticed staff doing things like double warning in a situation that you should warn once for, ex: Revenge RDM, I've seen staff warning for nlr and rdm recently, when it should just be one warn for the situation. I think that I can help with things like that as I have a lot of experience on this server specifically b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think I would be a good moderator because I have lots of experience on here and know the rules and procedures of the server. I also rarely get heated with other players and staff, a lot of people on the team get super heated super quick, and it isn't well for the player base for staff to be on duty when they are upset with players. I won't be biased as well, I haven't been in the past and I will continue to not be biased. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random Deathmatch, basically it is randomly shooting and/or killing a player without rp reason. If the instigator didn't know about the rule then it would be a verbal warning and a quick jail so they can read over the motd, If they knew the rule and broke it on purpose, then it would be a warning with AWARN. RDA Is Randomly Arresting Players, it is the punishments as RDM c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is New Life Rule, basically it means that you can't go back to the area or interact with the person who killed you for 120 seconds. It also applies to raids, if you are killed in a raid you can not go back to the base until the raid is over. Ex: a hitman kills you in the PD with a hit, you can not go back to the PD or interact with the hitman for 2 minutes, c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is using information your RP character does not have or can not obtain. An example is if the mayor puts makes a hitman wanted for having the hit accepted above their head, in roleplay the mayor would not be able to see it, hence acting upon it is not allowed. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record it and DM a higher up. I would also attempt to see what their reasoning is and see if I can talk them down or just keep them off the server long enough for a higher up to get on and deal with them correctly d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jailtp the mass rdmer to the opposite side of my rooftop and finish up my sit, then I would go to the person who was mass rdming and ask them why they were and if they were mass rdming then I would ban the for two weeks d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would probably let them be and have their fun unless it is causing harm. If more people got on then I would ask them to remove it, but if they aren't causing trouble with it there is no reason that they shouldn't be allowed to have fun with their friend while it is just them I know the rules about D3 but if I put anything else there then I would be lying just to appease you, which I don't want to do. I do legitimately want to be staff again but I don't want to bs you guys to get on the staff team

I never said you killed anyone, I said that you on multiple occasions shot people. Which mass shooting and not killing people is still bannable

Ok, So I banned you both because on several instances I saw and both read in the logs that you were shooting players outside of your base. It is common sense to not randomly shoot players outside of your base. So I banned you for AMRDM which in hindsight I wanted to do MARDM but same difference. Either way both of you were randomly shooting players outside of your base, on several different occasions, we don't warn people who mass rdm

Ok so, I was walking in the street and he asked if he could weapon check me so I walked away, and he kept following me asking to weapon check so I started warning him in advert, when I hit the second warn he attempted to tase me, and so I warned him a third time, and he shot me when I warned him a third time. I warned him for Failrp in the sense that there was no law allowing weapon checks, and there was no law about resisting arrest. I warned him for ARDM because he shot me first after I warned him three times in advert. Both of these actions were justified due to what you did.

I enjoy helping people out when they are trying to have a good time, I know the rules and how to play dark rp, so I can help people with most any questions. I also really like promoting a good atmosphere, so I would keep people from continuously breaking the rules and keep people that have no intent to rp off the server. I believe that I would make a good moderator because I am unbiased, so I won't believe donators over regular players, and I have knowledge of ulx and a little fadmin use, I would take sits seriously and use the logs and both their sides of the story to get the best version of what happened and I would judge them fairly on how to punish them, and I wouldn't be as harsh to people who are first time offenders and legitimately didn't know the rule, and vice versa. I believe that you were thinking of kylo, I pressed one bind whilst near you. I never heard anyone ask to stop. As for the RDM DM cause idk what you're talking about. The video would have shown you asking me to stop since I did the accidental one and the music one. Derpza#4290

Ok so the first mic spam where it said hello there was an accident, and the one where I was playing music I didn't realize you had a problem with it, if you had asked me to stop I would've. As for the so called "minge" I heard you talking about me in a sit and t-mods can't bring mods so I put myself up there. If you had asked me to stop with the music I would've just stopped.

I know that you didn't single me out in this but I was apart of the sit that you were in before you got banned today, hunt was not involved in the sit, it was Kil and me. You were not gagged in the sit, you were brought into the sit and we were mid way through explaining what you did wrong and you left the sit. Someone is saying that you were gagged, I'm not very sure about it, I have horrible short term memory
