Upon reviewing your report, I have come up with the following conclusion: While you may of been trying to defend yourself, that doesn't mean you get to break rules. We understand players can feel helpless if this happens, and we encourage anyone who sees actions like this happening to gather evidence and create a player report on our forums or ask for assistance on our Discord. I will discuss this situation further with Cr33pa and what he could do differently next time. As of now, your warn will be removed, but I will not remove similar warns in the future under the same topic.

The accused was being raided with multiple people very near. Accidents like this do occur and I apologize this happened to you, however, I don't see it justified as a warning

Hey Rockintylerj, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our moderators. Please read through the MOTD, or at least skim it, when possible. When we see people breaking multiple rules it can signal to us that you are doing so on purpose, which is a valid reason to ban; however, due to your persistence, I will be unbanning you as I feel you simply didn't know. I recommend watching a tutorial video for DarkRP if you're confused about what DarkRP is, but remember that our server will differ from the tutorials. As a side note, staff are allowed to take their own sits.

+1 Hi Crash, thank you for making an application! You did an excellent job! Don't worry about not being available 24/7. Many of our staff members are students, so we understand. We don't require you to be on at any time of the day and only request that you receive 50 tickets in a week, which can be negated with an absence in the case that you are too busy (Vacation, big test, studying, etc).
