Yes. The punishment required for moderators is an instant ban.

Five people were just banned for NITRP and Minge including the offenders in the photos. Again, Moderators are required to explain their POV as if it was a sit. What Im sensing is disrespect and lack of knowledge of the system in place.

To the first comment: Reported moderators are supposed to respond to reports on the forums. Second: the ban was valid. You RDMed in a sit and you received the punishment. Case closed. Third, I am not allowing this prop minge. I was off-duty building a base. When tickets were made, I responded and handled the situation.

The sit conducted included both myself and Imacreeper. Creeper admitted his mistake by warning you for an RDM in a sit offense which was brought to my attention by a ticket from a player who was RDMed by Scooby in a sit. I consulted with creeper and he removed your warn so that a double offense did not occur. Warnable punishments provide leniency, yet in this situation, the bannable punishment was presented. Due to this, the punishment provided by Higher Ups was conducted in the sit. You recieved that punishment which was a 5 day ban due to your RDM in a sit. Again, Creeper and I both handled the sit and took care of it by removing that warn so it became obselete.

A cool addition to the server would be automatic inventories. By this I mean when you log off or change jobs, items you had equipped automatically go to your inventory. Maybe a toggle on/off would be Convenient for those that don't want that happening. Just a suggestion

I would like to volunteer for a position on XenoRP because I am quite fond of the server and I have an even better time being a part of the team that keeps it running smoothly. This server has a great community and includes some of my favorite people I have met. In saying this, I bring up the fact that there are always people that thrive in ruining this experience for other people. I believe that everyone deserves to embark on the journey that is the XenoRP with conformity and without the antagonizing properties of many apathetical figures that join, and I believe that I can complete the task of lowering these disobediences to a minimum. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I believe that my past experience on this server and others would bring experience to the table that will prevail in completing my given tasks. I am a lenient player yet I know what to expect and how to deal with situations present during staffing on Xeno. Despite some time off from Xeno, I still know the rules and I would love to work with he team again. ___________________________________________________________________________________ C-Section: Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM - Random Death Match; When A player randomly attacks another player out of RP standards or without reason. These players are warned for their offenses. If multiple attempts/ of RDM are made within a short period of time, it become Mass RDM - punishable by a two week ban. RDA - Random Arrest; When a civil protection officer arrests another player without reason. RDA is punishable by a warning. If multiple attempts/ of RDA are made within a short period of time, it become Mass RDA - also punishable by a two week ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is the new life rule. This rule comes to play when a players dies and/or leaves the game. The player may not return to the site of their death for two minutes nor can they interact with their killer. In a case of a death during a raid, the player may not return until the raid has concluded. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is the use of knowledge outside that of the natural in-game roleplaying knowledge; using knowledge you would not otherwise have in a roleplay situation. Players may experience this with entities clipping through walls. Players also may not hide in side or behind props due to the unnatural realistic occurrence. __________________________________________________________________________________ D-Section: Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? The forums contain all information required to report the abuse of a staff members powers. I would use the necessary format and describe the actions with some form of evidence. I would submit the report and let the admins take care of the situation. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If Mass RDM occurred during a sit, I would politely ask another moderator to handle the situation. If none were either online or available, I would JailTP the offender on a nearby roof and finish my sit. After the sit concluded, I would notify the offender of his ban, and proceed in doing so. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. In all honesty, the severity of the situation is minor. I would politely ask the players to remain on the sidewalk after switching to the hobo job and ask if they understood the rules regarding the situation. I may warn the players if they do not comply, yet leniency would take a position in my stance.

Mass RDM is a 2 weeker, you were only banned for NITRP because of the repeated RDM and building on the street.

You were building on the street and RDMing. Minge Is a valid point to make here.

I was told to re-ban for the 4 Days since the 1 minute ban was an accident

So basically (I talked about this in the serious chat on xeno) There was an accidental ban for 1 minute. I had to redo the ban (probably after you rejoined the server) and that might of been when you were raiding but it was a valid ban overall. I brought you to a sit, explained the ban, and accidentally went for 1 minute. All in all, it was just a re-ban for the amount of days that is allowed for a NITRP ban.

I would also like to follow up on your statement about the mayor. Literally within the minute that you mentioned something about the mayors u just laws I asked him to delete it. I don’t have recording at the moment since I’m in school but yeah, I did. Also, if you made a ticket and I was in a sit, I’m entitled to continue the sit that I am in, especially if there are other moderators online as I cannot be in multiple places at once. I’ll start this off by saying that I was in a discoed with a large number of other moderators (One being Gibby) who agreed that driving a car as a hobo is not allowed. This IS also stated in the MOTD (Hobos cannot own/drive cars) and it is also stated in the MOTD that hobos cannot perform hostile actions (Carjacking being one of them). Carjacking is driving in someone else’s car (it’s technically stealing). Also, silent carjacking is a separate warn from FailRP. All in all, it’s common sense that hobos can’t drive cars, and it’s stated in the MOTD. Staff are also allowed to handle situations not in the MOTD in just ways in which I did, yet again, it is in the MOTD. I’m sorry that you received a warning, but it was no other decision than yours to break the rules.

Hey, Thank you for making a report about the matter. The sit on-hand went like this: Yespapa created a ticket explaining that he had been RDMed, to which I accepted and brought him to a sit. His reasoning for the RDM was that he had kidnapped an officer and another officer killed him without using legal force first. I explained to him that any hostile actions portrayed on a player would result in that player killing you as that was my point of view on his sit. He then clarified that it was another officer who had gunned him down to which I replied that under a circumstance with another officer in question, another officer has the right to kill the offender without using legal force first, as mention in the MOTD. After I came to the realization that he meant that another officer had killed him, he started throwing down textscreens in the sit saying something along the lines of "careless is a ______." I quite honestly didn't want to deal with his toxicity or lack of logic or reason in the sit itself, and I wanted to remain unbiased in future sits with him, so I simply asked someone else to take over the sit in which Herper Derper did. I then left the sit, again, not wanting to listen to the completely biased opinion that yespapa has toward me. I was talked to by Herper to remain in sits in which I asked someone to take over, and I will do this in the future, but for this staff report, I do not see where I am in the wrong. I do not have a record of my point of view because at that time, I was not recording but you should be able to see everything in the video. Thank you, Careless.

Look man, I haven't done anything abusive as I said before, nothing that I have done is against the staff rules. I handle my sits fairly and I work things out with the members of the sits. If you've got a problem with something I'm doing, please tell me what it is exactly and I will strive to fix it. All I want to do is help out this community and the way I do that is by taking tickets, sitting down with those involved, and solving the issues. Again, If I have done something wrong, please tell me what it is, weather its a warnable offense (Which I will take care of) Or if I am doing things wrong in my sits. I am a newer member to the staff team, So I will take all things into consideration and I mean all of this genuinely. I honestly just want to be of convenience to those that play on this server.

As I said, I started typing the advert when you were stopped at the wall. I started shooting because you immediately started driving again. I’ll send a screenshot of my warn in the next reply. Again, I don’t see this as a report that should be brought to staff. I strive to be unbiased and a good staff member. The instances mentioned here are warnable offenses. Even if the carjack instance was off a bit, I was brought to a sit and it was settled that no one was in the wrong. In the instance of the counter, I was warned by myself. I do not abuse, and I do not use my power to gain advantage over players.

To start off, I am aware now that I was in the wrong with the whole counter sit that I was a part of. I received a verbal since I was not aware (Done by staple). I will make sure this doesn't happen in the future. I wasn't aware of this because I assumed that the countless counters against me were valid, which they were not. Again, that was wrong of me and I admit to that. For those reasons, I decided to warn myself for RDM as it seem fit. For the second instance, I will provide video below of my perspective. I do not have a bind for car jack so you will see me start typing it when West was Stopped at the wall. Immediately, he started driving the tricycle again and I started shooting because he was escaping. I didn't manage to hit his hitbox until the end though around where he stopped in the tunnel. When I looked back in the MOTD, there is nothing saying that those driving cannot be KOSed if they are driving away, and I have been in instances with others when there were multiple people in the car when it was stopped, carjack was adverted, and they were immediately pulverized. Again, Nothing in the MOTD counters this, and I had only shot because He was driving away. You can see this from my perspective when I started to type the advert (and he was stopped) but he then started driving again when I was mid-type. I would also like to respond to west countering his "read - through" of the documents. I have read through each document thoroughly as you are required to when you are accepted as a trial-moderator. I would also like to state that I have read through the MOTD, especially regarding certain classes and general rules for the server as again, you are required to. I also believe that I have tried my best as a staff member in order to better the community as that is my whole goal The instances mentioned here are obsolete from my staffing experience as I am unbiased and try to be as helpful as possible when dealing with situations. People should be warned with RDM (Random Deathmatch) When he/she kills another player for reasons outside of RP or for no reason at all. Punishment is a warn. In instances of mass RDM, those players receive a ban (I think its 2 weeks but Im not completely sure). RDA (Random Arrest) Is also punishable by a warn and is classified when a play with a government employment arrests citizens for no reason or for laws that are not stated by the mayor. Revenge RDM is also punishable by a warn and it happens when players revenge Kill/ Revenge RDM players for probable cause that is not mentioned in RP. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (New Life Rule) Is the rule that keeps player from "remembering" or carrying out actions posed in their last life. Players cannot come back to their bases when raids are in session and players may not comeback to their place of death for 120 seconds after respawning. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. As the rules state, metagaming happens when players use knowledge they would not otherwise have during RP. Players cannot use knowledge beyond their RP knowledge. Players may not kill themselves to get out of a situation and they may not scam others out of money or items. You may not you knowledge outside of the RP. An example would be a CP raiding for printers when they did not see them or someone said they had the in the OOC chat. ________________________________________________ d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Freeze or jail the Mass RDMer to stop them from continuing, Ban them for the alotted time for Mass RDM and continue the sit, apologizing. (These actions are only carried out unless another mod is on the server. If that is the case, I could simply ask the other mod to take care of it.) d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to switch to hobos so that they could build out on the streets. If they refuse, I would warn them for prop spam. If they continue I would ask them to please stop and warn them again. I would continue this until they understood and/or stopped what they were doing and/or got kicked from the server for excessive warns.
