Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I want to defend this server from any kind of danger (Trollers, Hackers/Exploiters, Rule Breakers, etc.). In my previous application, one of the administrators said that I was lacking activity, which is why I want to prove that I am an active member of this community and that I wouldn't let it down. I would face any punishment if I break one of the rules from the MOTD and I want to prove that I am a good moderator, who enforces the law and isn't corrupted.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
If I were to get accepted, I would make a good moderator, because I can solve any issue/problem and also because I am brave, determined, and active.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM - Random Deathmatch. RDA - Random Arrest. Both are punishable by a warning.
Example of RDM: There are two players - Paul and David. Paul kills David for no reason at all. David reports Paul to any staff member for RDM/Random Deathmatch and Paul gets punished with a warning.
Example of RDA: There are two players - Zack and John. Zack arrests John for no reason at all. John reports Zack to any staff member for RDA/Random Arrest and Zack gets punished with a warning.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
New Life Rule, also known as "NLR", is when a player returns to the area, where he/she died. The player needs to wait 2 minutes before returning to the are, where he/she died. Breaking NLR is punishable with a warning.
Example of NLR: There are two players - Steven and Boris. Steven raids Boris's base. Steven gets killed by Boris. Steven returns to the same place where he died and kills Boris, without ending the raid. Boris reports Steven to any staff member for breaking NLR and Boris gets punished with a warning.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Meta Gaming is using information that isn't realistic to act on.
Example of Meta Gaming: There are two people: Ivan - Swat Officer and Nikolai - Thief. Ivan hears money clickers from Nikolai's base but doesn't see them and Ivan makes a warrant without even knowing if there are money clickers in his base or not.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
What I would do is get a recording or a screenshot for evidence.
If the power abuser is a Trail Moderator, Moderator, Moderator+, or Senior Moderator, I would report him/her to an Administrator or an Owner.
If the power abuser is an Administrator, I would report him/her to an Owner.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
What I would do, during a sit, is grab the Mass RDMer, jail him/her, contact a staff member higher than me and let the staff member higher than me ban him/her for good.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
Well if there are only the two of them, it is fine. But if there are more than two players, I would ask them both to stop building in the streets.
