I have 3 bans technically, All of them are false though.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have prior staffing experience mainly from Xeno itself and other servers like Definitive networks i was their head admin for darkrp when it existed .

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I see a lot happening when staff are off duty most of my time on xeno is either spent driving, I usually play on the server for 3 hours daily. so I would have plenty of time to staff.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Mainly my previous knowledge as a staff member and my knowledge of the MOTD I have plenty of playtime on the server so I know a lot about it.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Random Death Match and is when a player kills another player without a RP reason.

RDA is RanDom Arrest and is when a player arrest another player without a RP Reason.

RDM should be punished with a verbal at first unless blatant with intention to break the rules in that case it should be a warn.

RDA should be punished again with a verbal the first time unless blatant with intention break the rules in that case a warn would be best

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is when a player dies and should forget all of their past life and not return to place of death for 120s or not at all in the case of it being a raid. it's violated in this example. Player A is a Juggernaut and Player B is a custom class, Player B kills Player A during a pd raid, Player A returns back to pd and kills Player B this would be breaking NLR and should result in a verbal at first unless the player knows and in that case should receive a warning.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is using knowledge outside of the players in game knowledge usually via Discord. A example is the following.

Player A and C are basing together and Player B starts to raid them Player C is unaware as he is across the map over by spawn, Player A dies and tells his friend in discord that they're being raided and to come back to the base to defend it and player C uses that information to go and kill Player B. This would be metagame on both of their part and they should both receive a warning as this is a blatant violation of rule breaking.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would record it and send it their higher up (Most likely a Admin or Owner) trying to get enough proof of it so that the admins have enough evidence to do something about the abuse of power.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the player in question and ask a staff member in staff chat to deal with it. If none are available I will tell the players in the sit to kindly wait as i deal with another situation and I will fly to the Mass RDMer and tell the player why he is being banned and then ban him, Then returning to the players in the sit apologizing about the wait and continuing with my sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Kindly tell the 2 people building in the street that they are not allowed to build there and to please delete their props, if they refuse I'll jail them and tell them if they do not remove their props I will have to kick them if they continue, If they continue after that I will jail them again tell them to delete if they refuse again I will kick them and delete the props myself.
