I want to help and serve the community because i have extreme amounts of experience

My listening skills, my heavy lack of bias, my passion and drive to be a part of xenorp's future.

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random Death Match/arrest- is killing/arresting a player without an rp reason and should be led to a warn. 

c 2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is returning to the scene of a previous death and still acknowledging the events that occurred. A person dies and goes to

kill the murderer

c3 ) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

knowing something your character should not know(printers,bitcoin). a cop hears printers and does a search warrant.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I contact the next person in the chain of command, I report the higher up and let the person take care of the problem

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

i jail the mass rdmer and get another staff member to punish him. (if there are no staff) kick the rdmer

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

i verbally warn them to stop and delete the props, (if they dont) i warn them.
