 I have never been banned

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
   I used to be moderator on an old server called Fire RP saldy its dead

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
i Play this everyday and its the only server i play on GMOD

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
I think I'd struggle a little bit at first but I understand how to do it 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM stands for random death match for a player who only RDMED one person would be a warn 
RDA stands for random arrest and for one time the player would get a warn

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR is new life rule so basically if you base gets raided and you die you cant go back to stop it since you died so basically its a new life

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
I genually dont know

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
   if there is a discord server for staff I would record and send the video in VIA a youtube link
   if not I would record and send to a higher ups discord 
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
    if I know 100% its a mass rdm i would finish my sit jail and ban them for 2 weeks 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
    There may not be players but they still have to listen to the rules so i would ask them to stop

As much as I do not want to say it, I gotta. You are definitely very funny and fun to be around. The issue is that you break the rules often, even if it is just the little stuff. Hopefully you can change that!
