No, I have not been banned from any Gmod DarkRP servers.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I would like to volunteer for this server because I love playing on it. I like the community, and the staff members. I really would like to see this server succeed.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I believe that I am a responsible, and friendly person, that could help new players get into the server, and want to stay. 
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random Death Match is when a player attempts to, or does kill another player with no reasoning. Random arresting is when a player on a police force job arrests another player with no reasoning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New life rule is basically the refresher of a life. Anything that happened in a previous life should be "forgotten". NLR applies to all situations, such as raiding, countering, or incidents occurring with police. If someone returns to the location that they died at, or the raid they died at, that would break NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when someone uses any information that is not given to them through their character, or job. An example of this would be using discord, and receiving information from others to get advantages in-game.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would report them on the forums, and contact a higher ranking staff member. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would bring the mass RDMer, and jail them while I finish my sit, then after I solved the first problem, I would move on to the mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would goto them, and I would notify them that they are not allowed to build in the street, and if they want to continue, they would have to switch to hobos. If it continued, I would warn them both for building in the street.
