Like 2 years or more in total over my multiple times staffing here

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I have staffed here a lot before, like 3 years ago maybe, and again like a year ago, and I have enjoyed it every time I have come back. I have noticed recently that I have been playing xeno rp a lot and I have also noticed 80% of the time I play there arent staff on, so I think me coming back to the staff team would be a good help to the server during those times, not to mention I already know how to mod  since I was Senior Mod for like a year and a half

 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I was a pretty damn good mod before, I have a lot of experience, I would say I would probably be a good mod again

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM/RDA is random death match and random arrest respectively,  Killing someone without a reason is rdm and arresting without reason is rda. RDM is a warn unless its mass rdm which is a 2 week ban

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR, New Life Rule, when you die you should forget everything of your past life, but most importantly don't interact with the person who killed you for a bit and if you are being raided don't go back to your base if they are still raiding

 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is using non rp knowledge to do something, like your friend over discord says this person pulled a gun out so you go across town and arrest them, and there are plenty of other situations as well that can be defined as metagame

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Let them know they are abusing their powers, if they don't stop then I'll just shadowplay forum report them

 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the mass rdm guy and finish the current sit, then go handle him, and knowing Mass RDM cringers they prob gonna leave once jailed so snag their steam ID afterward and put that on the mod forums

 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Tell them to stop and if they don't, punish them accordingly

 

Extra Notes:
Don't know a lot of the mods anymore since its been a while since I was staff, I recognize some of course like obviously the 3 admins, sam, moo, waltz, ripple, and I have also met some of the new ones like Juarez and others, and I am definitely interested in meeting some of the other new people

You've been active in game and in the Discord. You didn't have any issues that stand out last time you were staff. Only issue with the application is the missing NLR timer, but that isn't too big of a deal.

I was very suspicious at first about you rejoining, as you rejoined right around the time the "minge squad" was rejoining and how you interacted with them felt off. But, after these couple of weeks of activity, I can see you're actually back into playing Xeno. App looks fine, could be better, in-game personality towards mods is really nice, and even towards normal players is a little cringy, but not bad. I think it would be nice to have you back on the team
