I don't believe so, however if i was it was well over a year ago now.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
I was a previous staff within XenoRP for Jeremy's team (Team 3) back in 2020, I was staff for roughly 4 months (I may be off), Ive also staffed my own servers and a few smaller communities that are disbanded at this moment in time.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I want to volunteer to XenoRP to give myself something to focus on and work for. The major reason being I wish to help this server out like I did before, I wish to put effort into a community and watch it flourish and grow as a whole, and not separated individuals growing and causing conflict.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
What would make me a good staff? I believe what would make me a good (returning) staff is the fact that since my last debut as a moderator i have since matured and had time to learn to process things differently. I am willing to put forth my effort into Making sure the community stays on track and doesn't crash into the station(The station being the server falling apart due to toxic players) I simply wish to be helpful as this community once was to me when I was making my upcoming as a staff member.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM- Random Death Match: This is Random Death Match; I walk around the city and shoot people for no reason (Attempted RDM(if not killed any)) + I walk around Killing all people I see for no reason(RDM(Mass RDM if more than 3))
RDM is situational, depending on severity and past warns. (Warn/ban)
MRDM is a ban of 1 week.

RDA- Random Arrest:This is Random Arrest; Me and whoever else on the government team with the "arresting" ability go around the city arresting random people for no reason.
(Not part of RDA but should be brought up in this category anyway: Stun Stick/Tazer abuse: going around Damaging users with the stun stick for no reason or using the stun stick to get into areas not accessible by any Roleplay means.)
RDA- Warn (If repeat offender ban)

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR- New Life Rule: This is NLR; I am being raided (base,pd,gun shop, etc) and the raiders killed me, I disobey the 120 second timer and return to fight them off
This breaks the "New life new knowledge" meta in which your character has no past knowledge of anything then.
This Breaks the 2 Minute NLR timer in which you are supposed to wait to give the raiders a "fair" chance to loot,destroy and steal.
NLR- Warn (If repeat offender ban)

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagaming- This is Metagaming; Metagaming is any form of gaming in the rp where you use outside knowledge to gain a advantage over other users i.e I am in a call with my discord friends and they tell me a base has such and such printers and i raid there base of them, or when i use this knowledge as a hitman and i cant find the user so i ask outside of game rp chat

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I would react by a system
1. Attempt to communicate
2. If it fails Write it down
3. Involve their superior or the owner if need be
4. Try to get them to rationalize
5. Gather all necessary evidence and post it to forums.(Gathering throughout the situation)

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
Ask the user im in a sit with to either hold one moment or return them and come back to them
The RDM will be punished based on severity.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
These Players should not be in the streets building, especially as hobos, and ask them to move it to a sidewalk or into a base (if they arent hobos)

Currently the way you've been acting is incredibly immature and concerning. Hopping in staff members DMs to talk badly about current staff members is not okay. I do not think you're fit to be staff right now due to the way you're currently handling criticism.

I'd suggest reapplying later down the road, because you did a good job the first time you were staff.
